Sun trine moon would make someone come across as desirable and affable. They're pretty well liked all around. even when emotional they still seem mostly in tune with themselves.
Sun square moon would make someone be viewed more controversially. People either really really love them and or completely don't get them or like them at all. They tend to have a harder time conveying themselves when upset too.click to expand
Id say he's sun trine moon. So cancer moon. I forget how much aspects can make such a difference, despite the actual placement. I even looked over my chart and found aspects I must have overlooked that clarifies a lot.
