Help or Hinder: Virgo Moon?

I'm mostly curious about how this Moon pairs with Water sun people. Ive mentioned before that I actually like my Moon (and I do!), but when it comes down to expressing my emotions I feel like my Moon prevents me from having an honest relationship with my emotions.

Like, when I go through a break up I struggle between keeping it inside and acknowledging how I really feel . While keeping it inside might not seem like an issue, it can be just as painful as sinking into a deep depression. Not wanting to acknowledge my emotions because I know the pain that comes with them, so I ignore it in hopes what it will go away.

Do other Virgo Moonies go through this? How has your moon helped or hindered how you emote?

Omg me too lol maybe it is our virgo moon i always wodnered that like ppl would say water sign or cancers are emotional but im really not and atuff dont bother me at all im very calm and aloof i even had some air signs tell me im in senstive but i dont like when ppl cry in front of me or i cry in front of them and i dont like weak ppl like toughing up etc. Im a seeet person i see the good in everything and i dont worry

I honestly dont talk about anything negative or emotional to ppl i date I would of course be sweet kind mushy stuff like that but crying and saying my deep pain i avoid u will bever know im like mary poppings everything is always good good good. But if im down i hide it and dont let ppl see it and i dont talk about my pain im just always happy

I actually like this placement because it makes me calm and cool

Definitely hinders emotes. My moon is also in the 11th house. Talk about aloof. I never pick sides. I am on all sides. I am rational and tell each of my friends why the other is acting that way if they're in a fight. Drives them all nuts. Not to mention I typically am friends with people who hate each other's guts and I still don't choose sides. LOL just saying it out loud makes sense to why people get irritated that I don't choose sides but whatever. I like everyone for who they are, not the choices or mistakes they have made. We're all human. Holding grudges is ridiculous in my opinion.

Scorpio Sun, Virgo moon, Libra ascendant.

I used to have dreams when I was 3-4 years old (before I even started kindergarten) about my insides being nuts and bolts. I was a robot. I have something on it in the dreams thread. Someone else posted about how having a Virgo moon is almost like a robotic placement. It reminded me of that dream I used to have. I'm not very emotional at all usually, but during heartbreak it is very much like depression. Cant eat, shower, etc. I act normal on the outside and stifle it on the inside. I keep up appearances when I have to go out so that everyone knows I'm fine and that everyone knows I'm not phased by heartbreak, but it is very painful on the inside.

I've had a lot more emotions lately though, but I think it's due to my progressed moon being in Cancer.

True.I'm scared of how the other person will react on seeing my true emotions.I'm scared if they'll be least bothered and not care.That'll hurt me.So it's best not be vulnerable in the first place.Atleast being oblivious won't hurt as much.

I would have to agree, these people can be quite phenomenal

I feel like I'm pretty emotionally stable because I'm able to ignore my bad emotions and eventually forget. So I like my Virgo moon for that. The only problem is other people's reaction to this, they don't understand and sometimes think I'm cold, emotionless, selfish and that I don't care about anyone... which isn't true. Then I have a hard time explaining that it's not true, because that would involve talking about my emotions hahaha and so the cycle continues... but mostly I am greatful for my Virgo moon. 🙂

I'm not swayed by emotion either and I can't stand when people try to manipulate me in attempts to persuade me, using emotions. I really can't stand that butter!! In fact that's the quickest way to send me in the other direction.
That and being too needy/clingy and emotional, especially too soon. Nope! If you only knew my thoughts while telling me your sob story. Sheesh!!

OMG, I (virgo sun and moon) relate to this COMPLETELY!

Most of us are intuitive to others intentions and manipulations to not fall for it.

I'm very leery of being "played" emotionally, I don't fall for it and have little respect for the person/people/group attempting this on me.

I feel very deeply emotionally, but I try not to others know so much.. I'm stoic and find public displays of excessive emotion disgraceful (unless a death or other extreme is involved).

If people aren't smart enough or interested enough to try and understand how I work I could care less if they think I'm cold or not.

My relationships are about quality and depth, not quantity.

which has made me quite lonely at times in my life.

I find I have the hardest times with water moons, perhaps my lack of excessive emotionality isn't attractive enough for them and I honestly feel my stoic nature has a hard time connecting to excessive emotionality.

I do however have my deepest connections with water sun signs and air or fire moons, which I find odd considering my virgo moon.

I do have a lot of air in the background, may play a key factor here.

Virgo Moon and Libra Asc like you. I have multiple friendships with people who used to friends with someone else I'm friends with and I refused to ever pick sides so I am friends with all of them and have no problem telling them when they are being unreasonable little bitches.

i like beck, the musician, song writer, (Cancer sun/Virgo moon -- married to Sag sun/Aqua moon) However, i see Bill Cosby with this, and he has made something big of himself.

just that, if he takes things too far, like POWER, it might bite him in the ass. so he has to live morally. and if he lives morally, he will have it all. happiness and all.

well it's opposite your sun.

i only know one person in real life with this combo, and he's our uncle, but we dont live with him or see them often.

but he is a workaholic.

virgo moon makes a person a workaholic i notice.

my sister is like this. Always running around like a little bird. fitting to and fro. Her life has to be Always working.

but i also see this with virgo mars btw.

haha I've missed you where have you been! actually I've been the MIA one. I hope you've been well 🙂

my life has been a chaotic mess, but it's been good overall. I'm back to my analytical Virgo moon self. the emotions aren't out of wack thanks to stupid birth control (refuse to use it ever again it totally made me an emotional wreck). ALL NATURAL from now on.

and yessss I feel like you and I definitely have similarities on our emotional and outer personality since our moon and ascendants are pretty much aligned. my moon is in the 11th because my Libra ascendant is in the 26 of 27th degree, but I feel like you and I relate on so many levels!

true. I have 3 jobs LOL. and go to school full time and picked up bartending school also so I can get a night job.
