I really like this article!!! It's very interesting! Jump in allll and give me your opinions. I'm still interested in the parental part as I have Aqua moon and my mum is extremely detached and cold.... it's very true!! http://innerself.com/content/personal/intuition-awareness/astrology/4453-emotions-and-the-moon.html
?
that's true for me. I have nice parents (with Pisces placements as well) but they were busy. my father has Aqua Moon.
I'm not sure whether my mom has a Virgo or Gemini moon (idk exactly) but I have Pisces moon 3rd house.

What I don't get is this paragraph:

"A Moon/Neptune or Moon in Pisces person may have had a parent who was outwardly more sympathetic to their needs, but who was oddly elusive when the chips were down."

Oddly elusive when the chips are down? What?

Also I have moon semi square neptune.

Pisces moon usually means parents tended to place lots of blame on the child and sometimes emotional manipulation

They kept them close but randomly would place blame or cause emotional trauma

Usually an erratic emotional relationship

I hate how accurate that is. Especially with my father. My Virgo sun is conjunct my chiron.

"The father is the greatest source of pain"

Fuck.

Similar as my gf she has Pisces moon in the 8th

She felt emotional abandonment from her dad who is a Scorpio

Scorpio rules 8th house

Mine is in the 4th, along with my Saturn, which is on my MC.

My scorpio placements are the 12th house ?

Cancer being my 8th.

My chart is fucked.

Wtf so true

Critical parents ?

Combine with Saturn in 4th and Moon square Pluto and I get defensive and secretive towards my private life.
Also since the article didn't specifically mention:

Moon aspects to a certain planet would equal to someone similar to that sign right?

So moon neptune aspects = pisces moon-like

Moon saturn aspects = Cap moon-like

Moon sun aspects = Leo moon-like
As much as I doubt the whole theory, I loved reading it. It was accurate for me .. more so coz my moon is my mom's sun(Taurus) . Also the thought that I'm gonna be the best parent ever sounds nice. So I'll buy it??

"The person with Moon in Taurus had more positive nurturing. The parents were stable and accepted the child's needs. They were more forthright, not so hard to understand or so emotional . As a result, the child grows up secure and feeling that he and the world are basically okay"(I'd say great)

"A person with the Moon in the eleventh house would feel most secure when surrounded by friends or in some meaningful group" I'm surrounded by them for the most part.True that would make me feel more secure..but I can do fine without too.
