How compatible are they?
Not compatible. Cap is selfish while Libra is about balance. Initially, Libra will give give give to Cap till Libra realizes that Cap will not do the same. The end is nigh as they begin.

i think since she posted it in the moon sign forum she's/he's asking for moon compatibility?
but honestly? It'll work if you both have libra, and you both have capricorn. you need libra to "get" eachother. and you need "capricorn" to get eachother.
you already have Scorpio, but that's not enough.
