Love compatability has to do with moon signs?

I was watching a YouTube video and the astrologer was saying that you need to pay attention to moon signs to see if you are compatable in a romantic relationship. Is that true?

I am an aries moon and the guy I am involved with is a libra moon.

Your Moon signs are opposite, but that doesn't nessecarily mean that they form an opposition by degrees.

Venus is more of your love style . It's what you're attracted to. The moon sign is about your emotions. I also heard that the moon sign is related to marriage. When it comes to marriage you go with your moon sign. When its just about being lovers or partners... It's your venus. I just read about that. It makes sense to me. I rather marry someone who I can emotionally connect with, rather than marrying someone that I can just fuck.

Moon is one of many aspects that you take into account. But it's one of the most important. You're making an emotional connection to someone...but if you cant understand them emotionally...whats the use. Yall are opposite, you need to get his exact time assuming you havent already. If you all make an aspect to each other. RUN.

so i'm leo sun libra moon and he is aries sun scorpio moon.
on sun sign compatibility we're (aries & leo) ar truly compatible, same element, same things in life!
but in fact, we are so different!

he is dark, mysterious, clingy, over mellow emotional, & jealous which more scorpio n doesn't like independent & bold mostly Arians!
Besides it i'd love light, beauty things, peace, social but wants a balance in anything, sometimes emotional vacant (hate melodrama & conflict) which make me more libras than my sun (leos).

I leave him.. because he get dirty & too much emotional when just had a little problem! which make me doesn't comfortable & difficult to get harmonious like I want!

yeah maybe moon sign more important about our depth personality and more compatible for any relationship than sun sign...

My boyfriend and I both have moon in virgo, I think that definitely plays a part in compatibility, as does venus. He's a leo and I'm an aries, which I believe has it's plus points in compatibility as well. Where we struggle is our mars, communication style and how we deal with conflict etc. He's a leo and I'm Pisces. So I really think all the major aspects come into play.

For me the Moon sign is so important. I could NOT have a long term relationship with anyone without a water moon. The only relationships that I have had extremely close bonds with are Cancer, Pisces and (I married another Scorpio Moon). So for me, it's VERY important.

I like the flow of the watery energy..

I agree that aspects between the two whole charts matter, and also natal aspects involving the moon or venus.

The one guy that i dated had excellent synastry with me, but he had natal moon square venus and mars... It didn't end well, lol.

I read somewhere that the majority of aspects in your chart affect your general temperament, so someone with a lot of squares may be attracted to others with mostly squares... Etc.

*i forgot to add that the guy had a leo moon, trined to my moon.

As a scorp moon, my partners moon sign is of the c upmost importance.

We both are cancerians but he is an aries moon and I am a taurus moon. We are very different people but we get along anyway.
