Sag man with Scorpio Moon (and Scorp Venus)

I've been in a relationship with the man for over a year and I noticed lately whenever we get into a fight he holds our for a long time until I reach out to him. After a few days he becomes warm again and wants to continue our relationship. He would say things like "it's over" but then still continues the relationship after everything has cooled down. This last time has got to be the worst though. I said let's be friends out of anger and he said I would make a horrible friend to him and he wants to move on. I've made myself look like a psycho trying to call him many times private because he has blocked me. Yet he still uses my Netflix account without any shame. What should I do? I know we have some maturing to do but I love him and I know he loves me. This time he isn't being responsive sooner than he usually is. How do I get him to put his guard down and stop acting so immature? Can I get him to come back? If so, how?
