I don't know how I did that...must be by my straying sixth finger on the right hand...
anyway,
4****I think this movie was brilliant****4
what do you all think? I'm on the fence about the ending...not sure if it was the best it could have been...but then again, most producers these days don't realize that I should be directing their movies *sigh* times will change...
I also think the whole thing was shot really well, just beautifully....even without my artistic direction the film came out really well.
The frames were compositionally artful with out being "artsy" and I think the overall color and mood of the entire flick was well suited to the characters. The characters were individually better than the movie/plot/theme as a whole- this is a rare thing I'm finding with most movies created in the past decade or so. The acting was excellent and it was very refreshing to see some new faces on the big screen. Not only that but the movie was abs hilarious! I highly recommend it...but not if you are the type who likes action films or simple, brainless plots with limited character development and obnoxious effects.
