Yes I think so.

I did a tarot reading on myself, asking about the guy I had feelings for. We hadn't spoken for a couple months. The next morning I woke up to a text from him. I couldn't believe it. I thought I was still dreaming. lol

I have no explanation for this though. Maybe certain people are more able to telepathically communicate. I'm not sure if there's anything in my chart to indicate this..... other than my having Neptune in the 12th house?

I have read, somewhere, that twins, soul mates, and twin flames CAN do this. I don't remember the link, tho.
