Positive paranormal experiences

Has anyone had positive experiences, or even neutral ones?
I have a HUGE (yes, irrational) fear of the paranormal, so I'd like to hear some not-so-scary stories.
I'll share, as well.
I was having an argument with someone and I angrily went to go pick up my coat that was hanging off the stairwell. When I did, a black circular shadow flew up and out from underneath the coat. The person I was arguing with saw it as well, though we both stated it went in a different direction. I felt like, if that were a ghost, it was probably just trying to get away from the loud arguing.
When I was around 6, I went with my parents to an open house (which we ended up purchasing). I went to what is now my room and looked under the bed. There was a cat that looked like a young serval looking straight at me. I was scared, sure, but I also don't think it meant me any harm.
My friend was over my house and we were sitting at the computer desk being stupid and loud. My friend stated she looked over and next to me was a man in an old-time-y outfit peering over at the screen. He was probably wondering what the heck we were doing and why we were being so loud. I've never seen him and I've never been hurt in my house, so that's also not that scary to me.
Anyway, feel free to share your stories. I'm interested to hear about them!!!
