Is this a reincarnation of my cat?

My cat was Aries. She was knocked down more than 8 years ago. Her fur color was ginger/marmalade/orange..
Strange, but there's this cat that has been seen many times around my house. It's also orange, and it looks like a youngin, that means it most likely could be about a month old plus (therefore, 90% chance it's an Aries cat). I think it's like a reincarnation of my past cat.
Why?
1. Orange cats are very rare, at least around my neighbourhood. Why is it not a grey, back, or spotted cat? I get none of those.
2.WhenI saw that orange cat on so many occasions, and it just inviting itself over to stretch on the back chair or front porch, and my place isnt easy to access, plus I have a dog. It is high risk for a cat to persistently come over with the knowledge it may be chased or mauled to death.
3.It could also go to my neighbor's and not my place.
4.It stares at me with that soulful eyes before scooting off. And I know it's not the last I'll see of it.
It is cuter than my last cat, though. This has a round, chubby face and very healthy features. I wish I could keep it, but my dog is a handful already.. so it's a no.
But I couldnt help but wonder if it's a reincarnation of my past cat. It could be so. 9 years rebirth - not too quick ain't it? I know I'll see it again soon.

I wouldn't doubt it. I mean, My mother insists that I'm her Nana, whom I've obviously never known. The whole family thinks at least part of me is her. With animals (typically the closest companion in physical realm) I believe that they're ever returning to their loved ones whether we know it or not.

I feel a lil silly.. it isn't one month old, haha.. it's probably about 6 months, a young cat but not a kitten 
I saw it again yesterday, it was lounging at the front, and my dog wanted to chase but I caught him!
Haha anyway reincarnation or not, I can't keep that cat.. I wish I could though. I don't even feed it..
Do you look like your nana? face structure and features? some studies have shown (of course with no proof) that this is one identifying trait...
I was very close with my aries cat. brought her up from bottle.. it was a great adventure for me. My only regret was to let her step foot on grass! That led to her demise. Cats shouldn't be let out, I think. I met someone who reared animals for the whole of her life, and she never lets her cats out of the house, once they get a taste, they'd slip out and since they arent street smart, chances of being roadkill is way higher.
