What Breed of act is MiMi? (Picz)

Thats Mimi, my cousins cat. I want to know her breed for one because I may try to take her home with me if nobody else wants her but I have a few concerns. Shes a little crazy!.... And shes all white, I've heard that all white cats sometimes have issues? Myth?
Anyway, Mimi is bipolar I think. Shes mean to a lot of people in the house but she was really really REALLY affectionate with me. Sometimes. Its scary tho because she gets all in my face and on my chest when im petting her and she purrs really really weird. But then, when I stop petting her she gets mad and tries to attack my hands or my legs if I move from the couch. Then, just now I tried petting her and she bit and scratched the SH*T out of me!!! THEN as im typing this now she freakkin lunges across the couch at me! wtf!!!?
One minute she wants to be all u on you then the next she wants to maul the shit out of you for nooooooooooooooooooooooo reason lol.
Thats not all she does tho she also runs and chases...the air... Like you would think she was trying to attack something but nothings there... Shes crazy man... or maybe not maybe here is a different answer?

She isn't a Persian. My mom refused to have anything but Persinas when I was growing up, so I'm used to their looks. If she was a Persian, she would have a long, puff-ball coat and a flat face.
