If you are already integrated in a religious community, you are saved. Keep good going.
If you insist on freedom of choice, you are damned to confuse yourself. Keep reading this.
Look, if you had one shot, one opportunity
To seize everything you ever wanted one moment
Would you capture it or just let it slip?

Nietzsche*, THE JOYFUL WISDOM, I 6
"China is an
instance of a country in which dissatisfaction on a
grand scale and the capacity for transformation
have died out for many centuries ; and the Socialists
and state-idolaters of Europe could easily bring
things to Chinese conditions and to a Chinese
" happiness," with their measures for the ameliora-
tion and security of life, provided that they could
first of all root out the sicklier, tenderer, more
feminine dissatisfaction and Romanticism which
are still very abundant among us."

* Nietzsche's chart: Sun/Mercury Libra + Moon/NN Sagittarius + Mars/MC/Chiron/Venus Virgo
Actually my point is not:
- to discuss wether Chinese people had no "dissatisfaction" during the last dynasties*. Nietzsche might have exagerated**.

- also their innovation might have not stopped. (What does this say? List of Chinese Inventions)
- Also "Europe could easily bring [...]" might be wrong. For the last dynasty Europeans were barbarian. Socialsim went viral even in Latin America or the Middle East (Syria, Iraq etc.).
I'll say my point in the next posts.

* Yuan dynasty 1271???1368, Ming dynasty 1368???1644, Qing dynasty 1644???1911
** typical for Sagittarius
As a superficial* person I really haven't read Nietzche's "WE FEARLESS ONES" carefully. I just like this text:
We do not by any means think it
desirable that the kingdom of righteousness and
peace should be established on earth (because
under any circumstances it would be the
kingdom of the profoundest mediocrity and
Chinaism
); we rejoice in all men, who like our-
selves love danger, war and adventure, who do
not make compromises, nor let themselves
be captured, conciliated and stunted; we count
ourselves among the conquerors ; we ponder over
the need of a new order of things, even of a new
slavery ??? for every strengthening and elevation of the
type " man " also involves a new form of slavery.

This is not my point yet.

Inida had a Caste System

"Society in ancient Persia was organized according to a caste system similar to the one we find in India."
priests, warriors, artificers, and husbandmen

Also I'd remind you of the hierarchy in bee colonies, ants and termites.
My question is
what is wrong about mediocrity? Why should we fear* that?

-----------------------------
* If advanture destroys the planet Earth and I have to live in the darkness of the space, I hate Aquarius Age.
Why before how?
Obviously we don't know yet why we come into life and based on which principles we should set our goals. Our species has survived in all different forms of society structures. Like ants did.
Not bound to roles?
An individual has no obligations generally speaking. After women's emancipation there are more women (than before) who dare to say "I don't feel to have to bear a child".
So Radical?
"Chris McCandless, a.k.a. Alexander Supertramp, the 24-year-old guy from an affluent Washington D.C.-area family who forsook them and burned the money they gave him and lived like a vagabond for the next two years, all over the country, before disappearing into the Alaskan wilderness, where he died after four months."

"Turns out, it had far less to do with a distaste for wealth and comfort and far more to do with pain.
McCandless??s sister, Carine, 21 when Chris died, just published a book called The Wild Truth, and in it, she makes clear that Chris wasn??t running from wealth and comfort, but rather from a horrible father."

* The Pisces man had Neptune square to Mercury/Sun. And trine to Mars. With Mars conj. Chiron.
Radical for Beehive
genius -> Rihanna::bbhmm::lyrics -> "Kamikaze if you think that you gon' knock me off the top"
-> Kamikaze pilots were used by the Japanese for suicidal attacks during World War II.

My question is
what is wrong about dangerous passion?
Why do we, DXP advice givers, don't tell them, "if you like go let him/her walk all over you?".
There was this man* who had to take psychiatric medication cause he was in therapy. Cause he had fought with another man at his workplace.
Taking psychiatric medication means a lot of changes in your life. You are not the same person anymore. I don't want to see my brother come in that situation. So I would always recommend him or anyone else to practice "Temperance" before it is late. This is what parents should teach their childrens** I think.
"Temperance is the espousal of moderation, marked by personal restraint." See also this.

* Sun Aries o_o
** Specially young Taurus, Scorpio and fire signs. oops, some square aspects gives bad temper too.
My question is
Isn't moderation boring? An old man's stuff? Am I not a coward if I restraint myself to avoid conflicts?
Fathers and mothers are role models, aren't they? What was the truth about Sylvia Plath*? Random acts? Free will? Private or public act?

-----------------------------
* She had Scorpio Sun and Chiron/Lilith oppos. Mercury.
I have an idea what your answer could look like. Isn't it "it is all individual choices"?

I feel that if we as humans take this path in life then this is not "finding the golden middle road".
War and no compromise is a path to destruction. This means no compassion and love for mankind.

Yes, I can follow you. These are different ways of life.
So I have to ask myself "why do I want to live 30 years (on a stable middle road) to see my son's education, marriage and children? Can't I live dangerously now? And reach for the stars? And die for it in 5 years?".
Loving as in "basic instinct". (I hope I did not misundersand that movie)
ok, I got you. thank you for contribution.

well, I think one of the possible answers is this:
For anybody involved in Anger Management the transitional period where they try to overcome their inner demons can be very exciting. Maybe life becomes boring after they master it. But as long as they don't know the outcome it is an adventurous time.
Like I noticed recently these astrological transits and decided to stay out of trouble. It is fun to master such a challenge.
Venus square Neptune 18. - 20. April
Mars square Jupiter 16. - 19. April
Pluto trine Lilith 7. - 25. April
Yesterday I was at doctor. Right at start I noticed we all had to wait for a long time. One old woman was complaining why she should wait so long. She caught cold and wanted to be seen immediately. Emergency. I tried to support her. One man talked sarcastically against her wish. You could see he didn't want to let her be handled prior to him. Another woman started talking how horrible it is that they let some people come in between. We three people said the problem is that they don't do this. Anyway I found the atmosphere was not nice and left the place. The transits made them all crazy.
Today it's getting a little better. The ones above are still working but this one is added to them:
Mercury Sextile Neptune 18. - 19. April
I hope nobody forgets that this is Philosophy board. And not advice seekers board.
