Your Scorpio nature (core) is not that much laid back. So when you behave according to your Piscean moon, your core becomes stressed and upset.
I do have big struggle with my Leo moon as well. Sometimes it says "Jump on situation without a care of what could happen and do what you "think" is correct". This is a quite unbackuped wish for my Piscean nature. My Piscean nature says "Know what you say and what you mean first, then say it". That makes my speech far more influensive than regular energy bursts could be.
However, there are some things when Sun and Moon are working together. Result are incredible. But this only happens when some maturity level is gained.
