I've read in different places that pisces/libra match are not the best, it's hard work and I've also read the opposite. I know for a fact that we have total different pesonalities and that all relationships are work, a labor of love if you will. So my question is what is the true compatability of these two signs. I'm the male pisces.
From Susan Miller Astrology....Hope this helps.....

I am Pisces, My Lover is Libra
Libra is ruled by gentle Venus and therefore your lover is refined, polished, sophisticated and elegant. This personality profile mixes well with Pisces, even though this is not a classic astrological pairing. Libra is an air sign and Pisces is water, so if you play your cards right, you will have a bubbly union.
Libras are very social and like to go out all the time. But Pisces are self-reliant and need to spend time alone in reflection and meditation; Libras think Pisces spend far too much time alone. If you are willing to respect and go along with each other's needs, this could be a fun match. Libras adore cultural activities and fine restaurants, which will get you out and about. Libras know the hottest clubs and like to dress fashionably. Pisces base their satisfaction on emotional and spiritual contentment rather than on material gain or social competition, so they can take or leave Libras' gregarious life style . For example, Pisces might like to dabble in the chickentail circuit now and then and will even benefit from all the contacts a Libra brings into his or her life, but Pisces may not want to spend as much time out and about as a Libra. After a long day, a cozy night at home reading or watching TV to unwind sounds good to Pisces.
Another possible hitch in the relationship from your perspective is the Libra tendency to over-analyze things. You trust your emotions more than Libras trusts theirs, so conflicts could arise when your Libra asks you to justify your position -- how do you explain your gut instincts to someone so supremely logical? Also, Libras can be a little bossy, but this is asserted in a charming, diplomatic way. Pisces read others' motives perfectly, and although you can see through Libras' veil of gentility, you appreciate their effort not to be too brash about pursuing their own agenda. Thus, you often let them have their own way. If you disagree, you will be sensitive to one another's positions, and diplomatic Libra will likely not hurt your feelings. Libra, symbolized by the scales, cares about finding a fair solution, something strongly in your favor.
Happily, Libra lights up your house of physical love and things could be hot, hot, hot in bed. Pisces are not likely to let the physical part of your relationship overtake the other areas. You need an emotional partner in life, and if your bubbly Libra can slow down long enough to give you the nurturing you need, this could be a great match.

sounds about right! my libra is a social butterfly...
hmm. no comment.
wow, great! thanks ya'll....10 rounds huh? something to think about
I know a Libra-Pisces couple. Recently married. The libra goes out drinking all the time, and crashed their brand new car for no good reason. Also flirts with all women, sometimes right in front of Pisces' face. I have nothing against Libras on the whole, this is just what I've observed very objectively of this particular one. The Pisces forgives all, makes excuses for him and is completely blind to all his faults. They fight all the time. Unfortunately this is the only couple I've ever known under these two signs. But it is true that almost any relationship can work, with work, and astrological complatibility is not determined by sun signs alone.
or even, "compatibility", if you're not about to fall asleep. smile
Opps! glad to see I'm not the only one that has typos sometimes. Or miss spellings either!
Make me feel a little better about mine!
: )
Darn it what am I doing wrong? is there a space or not after the :??Well lets try again
smile
brobster00,
I was involved with a picies for two years, about four years ago. We had periods where we did not see eye to eye.
One thing I can say is he is the only person that made me feel like I was perfect in his eyes. The first thing he told me before we made love for the first time was this.
I want you to know that you are totally accepted by me, when I look at you all I see is your beauty. Not any imperfections you may feel you have, not that you have any.
This was said in a convincing manor, and it laid the ground work for what I like to call my sexual awakening. This is what the picies gave to me. He gained my total trust in that arena, and taught me that it is ok to let it happen and just feel.
He was very educated in the art of making love, and took me places I never knew I could go to. I will always remember him for that, and still miss that place, as I have not been taken there in quite the same way again.
He knew how to tap into the emotional side of things. And provided what most women need after, to be held for awhile.

It ended badly I am afraid after I found out that he had slept in my bed with an employee of his. She always seemed jelous of me, and that there was more than just a working relationship there. He would deny it of course, but the same day I broke it off after finding out about the bed thing it got worse.
I was returning home from shopping and found the chain on inside the front door fastened. She was there with him in the living room. I saw her car and decided to open the door quickly to suprise them. Well as I said the chain was on the door but I could still see inside enough to tell what was happening.
He was sitting on the couch and she was on her knees, they flew apart right away but I could see that she was busy giving him pleasure.
She looked quite pissed off and left right away, I called my sister and had her come over to help remove his things from my home. The end! Boy that one shattered my world for a time.
I could never understand why! He taught me to enjoy alot of aspects of making love and to excell in them. I am not overweight, nor am I not attractive, in truth I used to model for a time. I have always had plenty of choices as far as dating and possible relationships. The person he cheated with was very masculine in appearance. And not very attractive in my opinion. So what ever, it happened! Well thats my take on a Libra (female) and Picies (male) connecton. TW2
Oh yes I am not quite the social butterfly most libras are said to be.
I hope this helped somewhat! My conclusion and experience was that Libra and Picies are good in some areas, but there are issues in others, so yes they are not the most suitable match.
Libra does better, or best with a Leo, or an Aquarious. Aquarious being the best match, and the most compatible.
No disrespect for any Libras here but of all the ones I have personally known and dated, they are the biggest LIARS. They would not know the truth if it landed on their noes. But this is just my experience and also the experience one of my friends has had with them. I guess they want to impress people so much that they exaggerate.
my ex was a libra, i couldnt pin things down but i always had an underlying feeling that she was lying about certain things.
and nothing was ever her fault, she never took responiblity for anything.
