Can pisces man like or close with more than one girl?

Just wondering...
Im close with a pisces man he told me liked me so much etc n said i cud be his gf.
He came here for vacation ,we met n had very good connection n we liked each other.he spent alot of his times n even his last 2 days only with me n it was very nice n sweet days
He went to another island close to my island for 3 days n it was pretty sudden he told me that he was going there.all seemed good.
He posted some pics when he was there n seemed like he was with somebody else from the way those pics taken.He didnt say anything about it n i never asked.
Untill i noticed one local girl like all his pictures from that island,only pictures when he was there.And she is from that island
Im start getting curious...
Maybe he met that girl there?or thats reason he went there.?
I hate this curiousity.
But wondering if he can actually hook up/date/likes more than one girl
