Can anyone tell me more about the dynamic between my principle signs?
Sun: Capricorn
Moon: Scorpio
Mercury: Aquarius
Venus: Sagittarius (with venus conjucting my ascendent in the first house)
Mars: Aries
Jupiter: Taurus
Saturn: Capricorn
Also, what is the role of the descedent (mine is in Gemini) and the Medium Coeli (mine is in Libra) in the natal chart?

No clue .. some people say that where your descendent is located, are the people to whom you're attracted to, which would be Gemini's.
