Pisces totally cyberstalk but we usually wouldn't show our hands like this or come anywhere close to it. We're too sneaky for a slip up like this.
Also Pisces love boats. Probably all of us do.

but just to play devil's advocate i feel like everyone eventually fb stalks at least one point..usually a new love interest or an ex.

It most certainly could be the law of attraction that connected you with the things that you two have in common but if she's talking about plans with a current partner and broadcasting it, I can't see how that equates to wanting to be back with you.
But I understand being separated from somebody that you really care about; it hurts , so we grasp for straws. But the truth of the matter - if somebody wants to contact you they will! We can create excuses to soften the blow, but if somebody is determined to have you or be near you or want you they're going to let it be known without any shadow of a doubt and you don't have to look under rocks for glimpse of hope.

so....

emotionally manipulative - yes unlike scorpios or libras ....when a pisces does it ( .it's usually for good... and more altruistic in nature ..e.g- I emotionally manipulate my dad so that he would hang out with me all the time.lol)
