Fascination

What, or who, fascinates you and why?

I'm fascinated by TONS of things. I love great white sharks. I never miss shark week on the Discovery channel. I'm also fascinated by dolphins. I think they possess an intelligence beyond our own, and a much more advanced system of communication - I'm going to swim with them this summer. YAY!

I'm also fascinated by paranormal activity and I love those ghost hunter shows like Most Haunted. Oh...and I'm really into British history, particularly the Tudor period.

Anything supernatural/paranormal also, and weird and wonderful people too - the less I can work someone out or can't understand them the more intruiged I am.

Well do it, Sweet Thetis! Swim with the dolphins! Aren't you an Aussie? I'm sure there are tons of places that offer it around there.
I would like to take a vacation somewhere warm to do it, but if all else fails, the local zoo here also has a program where you can swim with them. I've just decided this year is the year! They are calling me. 🙂

I wish lol, I'm Scottish so would probably be too cold to do it around here! 😛

I'm hoping to go travelling in a few months though, volunteer work with animals - or marine life I'm not sure which yet, so that could well crop up as an option.

That's awesome you're going to do it though, I imagine it must be quite an uplifting experience - and of course very theraputic and calming. 🙂

sea siren and thetis - swimming with the dolphins is one of my dreams as well infact, while working out i was watching a program about dolphins and whales on the discovery channel - incredible!!!!!!
