4th time ive had one of these dreams. its really creepy and im paralyzed and i try and try to move but cant but i can see everything in my room but im still unconscious. feels like im being possessed. whats happening?
ALIENS they plan on doing a prob.
during REM sleep your body is paralyzed in a sense. Maybe somehow you are conscience of this fact while dreaming.
Symbolically, being paralyzed in a dream could mean you are internally frustrated about your lack of power/control over something in your life - which triggers feelings of helplessness.

Ive had these horrible episodes just like you nearly all my life.
Recently,I snapped myself out of one..I was in that dream-state where I am lying on my bed in the familiar setting of my bedroom.I couldnt move or speak, but I seemed conscious that I wasnt really awake.I was looking down the bedcover and in front of me I was beginning to see some kind of a gargoyle like creature sitting on the bed.As I looked at it I could see it starting to change as if I was hallucinating.I was aware that I wanted to snap out of it fast...but I couldnt move, speak or yell. All I could do was make a hissing sound kind of the way a cat would in a confrontation and in the desparation of it it did snap me out of it and I was awake and relieved.
I too reckon that all that is happening is that your mind is becoming concious while your body is in a deep rest paralysis.Ive heard many people mention this type of experience before.I wonder is it related to stress or physical, mental exhaustion..

Everybody's body is paralyzed when they sleep ... otherwise, they would get up and act out their dreams.
Normally, the body wakens before the mind ... we call this restless = we begin to move a little, bladder realizes it needs to empty, might roll over or flop arms around.
However, sometimes the mind wakens before the body ..

yeah they are so evil though... my friend thalia has had some that are so scray you would not believe it and in my old house my mom had em all the time except ghosts would tickle her ribs and she couldnt wake up . . . i definitely think it is more than a sleep stage.
it's called sleep paralysis - google it up, you'll find a lot of info about it. Nothing paranormal about it.

I think so too, I've had someone talking to me in my ear while I was in a sleeping paralysis. Especially staying at this persons place, I saw this thing like a white mist hovering over the bed. I didn't really think much of it, until I went to sleep and woke up paralyzed to something looking down at me. Looked like a human face and all around like a white fuse. From there on out I've had so many paralysis sleeps happen at that place. It was a guy. I know that for sure. He Talked to me. Manipulated me & Attacked me in my sleeping hours. I had paralyzed like more than 3 times within one night. I would try to get out of it, he would say threatening things. I had a ranch tapped off the table over at that place too. Scared me to death. And you know the thing is, someone in the house when I was there years ago fell off the roof. Fell to a coma. I don't think he just fell off the roof, something may have pushed him. And I sense a strong presence there.
It's not only that, but I've been pretty vulnerable to this ever since. It doesn't matter where you go. I have also heard a guy say to me "If you scream, I will hurt you". That creeped me out. Especially sensing someone laying next to me while I'm paralyzed. Heard a very unpleasant growl before. Heard laughters coming from the attic etc I'm not crazy lol
if you want it to happen less say things like you have diarrhea or something. Trust me, it always works. something distractive. lol or goof around before you go to sleep.
