Thanks for asking (and remembering!). Well, I talked with the landlord about the situation, and he decided to give me a month-to-month lease. I didn't pay the bitch for February's rent to make up for the money from the deposit. She moved out most of her stuff by the middle of the month, but paid for the entire month of Feb. I found a roommate to move in on the 15th who paid me for the last two weeks of Feb. which made up for some of the money the past roommmate owed me for the utilities. The best part of it all was when the last roommate came by to pick up the rest of her stuff yesterday to find the locks changed. And she's not getting any of it until she writes me a check for the rest of the money she owes me. Or else I'm taking her to small claims.

well, technically, she moved out on the 15th (she even put this move-out date in writing to both myself and the landlord), so, she left this stuff behind after moving out.

I just hate the drama. I just want my peace of mind. but that seems impossible whenever you bring other people [with issues] into the equation.

Yeah, but that's not my responsibility. That is really one of my pet peaves. Why can't people just grow up and realize they're really not that important. Some people just need to be taken down a notch or two. And the thing with this roommate is that she was taking her "issues" out on me. She almost scares me so seems so unstable.

Feel bad for ur situation Galileia - Have had some really nasty ones happen to me too - Think I had to move 11 times in one year once - That was pretty bad - Nothing to do with me - People selling our house on us allot & falling out with nut job flatmates & moving from bfs place - IIIKKKKKYYYY times :9
