and how do i put my past behind me and get motivated.. ive had alot of negative experiences that lowered
my confidence. I write in a journal i find that helps. What would make me feel
better when going through tough times.. how can i get confident. how can i start thinking positive. I want to get out of this
siuation before things get worst.
Find a hobby or a passion that takes your mind off of the past. Workout or do some soul searching with in yourself.
I am no expert at such things, but do you have an opportunity to talk to a professional? I have many friends, that go to therapies for various reasons and I see all of them blossom right now. It seems to give them lust for life and confidence.
Also maybe try not to stay isolated for a long time period. It's okay to pull back to gather some energy in order to deal with people, it can get overwhelming sometimes, but being locked in the house all the time makes the cycle get worse and worse as you are left alone with your thoughts.
Do you have people you enjoy being around or activities you like doing? Try to invest your time in people and things you love, it will make you feel euphoria smile

Regular exercise is a natural depression "lifter"-- and it will give you back the energy you are lacking.
And talking to a pro-- not a shrink, just counseling-- getting whatever is in your head out into the open is enormously cathartic.

Usually, finding a lover fixes everything with the low creature of humans.

It's very bizarre ... but, it's true.

What the fuck is this ^^^^^
Looks like this Aries here just wanted to hear herself talk because she obviously knows nothing about Pisces people, since she believes being isolated is bad for the Fish.
:::: shakes head ::::
And there's no doubt in my mind that she thought all of herself and shit, like she was offering sound advise.

Exercise, as Monty mentions, is the best for you. It keeps you moving and busy. The key is not to dwell, not to think about the terrible things in your life. If they are in the past, leave them there. If you have to think about them -- do, but don't let the thoughts take up too much time. You can move away from your terrible experiences, YOU ARE NOT THOSE EXPERIENCES, you are much more.
Today -- is the first day of your life.
Take it from that angle, make the change you need to move forward.

you cant run from your past, you are what you are..that will never change..so my advice for you would be to just take a lot of pills..i promise all of your worries will go away then
Your past doesn't have to define you... Chalk it up to experience.

You are who you are BECAUSE of the experiences of your past ... it absolutely defines you.
So, the aim should be to create new experiences for your definition.

the definitive answer to your question is obvious - to build up your sense of self value, will miraculously fix everything else (confidence, motivation, depression) .... you can exercise until the cows come home, or get numerous hobbies ... but, until you value yourself ... you will stay in the same rut.

The solution is to set very small goals for yourself .. VERY SMALL .. like a garden, or paint/redecorate a room. Make sure the project is small enough that you are able to accomplish the tasks. As you accomplish them, you will begin to look at your work and realize that you did that, and it feels good.
Then move onto more detailed projects ....
Most people set their goals too high, only to crash and end up like you ... coming into dxp, to complete strangers to embrace your fucking woe, poor you.
So, work on yourself. Accomplish something so you have a completed and awesome piece of work that you can use for your ego to allow you to feel worthy.
While the past has, of course, heavily influenced who we are and who we have become, it does not define, limit, or restrict us and who we choose to be. Our potential ??? what we allow ourselves to do today, and what we do on behalf of a better tomorrow ??? is always unlimited.
