I Cussed Out My Virgo Manager.

I'm back, and yes like the title says, I did inadvertedly cussed out my Virgo manager at the BP. My manipulative Aquarius co-worker Holly kept on chatting about nothing all while frustrating the crap out of me. Then she told me that our manager, Jenny said, "I don't know why he's going for the EMT career field. He barely writes down his cash register voids here, so what makes him thinks he'll do any better there." That got my fires burning and Holly got nervous from the look in my eyes. They were no longer pleasant looking, because they shined with anger. I shouted, "WHY THE FUCK WOULD SHE SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT? YOU SEE, THATS WHY I DON'T PAY HER ASS ANY ATTENTION WHEN SHE'S AROUND BECAUSE SHE ALWAYS GOT SOME SLY, SARCASTIC SHIT TO SAY ABOUT SOMEONE JUST TO CUT THEM DOWN AND MAKE THEM AS MISERABLE AS SHE IS. THE ONLY FRIEND SHE HAS IS THAT DAMN PSYCHIC SHE TALKS TO WHILE SITTING ON THE COUCH EATING BON-BONS!!! SHE'S LONELY AND SHE KIDS HERSELF THAT SHE'S OKAY, BUT SHE'S NOT!ON CHRISTMAS DAY, i WAS HAPPY TO SEE THAT SHE WAS SWEET ENOUGH TO GIVE ME A GIFT, BUT WHEN I TRIED TO GIVE A GIFT TO HER IN RETURN SHE ACTED ALL COLD AND UNAPPRECIATIVE FOR IT. THAT'S WHY SHE'S LONELY, BECAUSE SHE CUTS HERSELF OFF FROM RECIEVING LOVE FROM THE WORLD AT LARGE, YET TURNS AROUND BEING A COLD, NEGATIVE, SARCASTIC BITCH!!!"

I didn't expect to react the way that I did and in the middle of my monologue, I caught a vibe like as if something wasn't right. When I caught that feeling, I talked into the security camera knowing that my manager was on the other end watching. Sure enough, she came out from the back and she left the store. I was pissed because Holly pushed my buttons with some He said/She said Bull and Jenny for being so cynical and negative. I shouldnt have said what I said, but they really manipulated me in the wrong way. If I have a dream that I want to work towards? Don't kick dirt on it. That'll add fuel to my fire. Well you guys, I hope you all have a pleasant day. I feel bad for getting manipulated like that. Holly only feels bad because Jenny knows that she manipulated me into reacting the way I did. Life happens huh? One can only be manipulated by another if he allows it. Ya know something...I feel that maybe you took her too personally. Who cares what she says about your dreams...what is important is that YOU know your dreams and YOU know you are going to be successful. There will be people who will come along to "challenge" your beliefs... upset the applecart so to speak. However, if you are solid in yourself, what others say or think will not matter and you will no longer react to their opinions. When you react, you lose your power.

You know something, Freebird? The whole situation was just ludacris, but then again a whole lot of kooky things happens at where I work. I'm just so weary of it all and I'm leaving that place next month in pursuit of my goal for a better career. I was already frustrated with my co-worker at the time because she knows that I don't like working with her. The things that I said to my manager? I know she was upset at how she witnessed my co-worker making it seemed more than what it seemed to be. I was very touchy about that because it's hard when you're the only one pushing for a goal with no one else to motivate you. I'm my own worse enemy because I procrastinate like a muthaf*cker. Im trying to get things in order and make it all happen, but in my mind I'm so impatient about it all. I flew off the handle at the slightest sign of opposition. Crazy, huh? Dreamy-Eyez, out.

No I haven't slapped the sh*t out of my manager, but she knows that if I was pushed enough that I may have. Now-a-days, it's like she's walking on egg shells around me because she knows that I'm not very fond of her. Basically, if a Piscean doesn't like you. . . you will know because that's something that we don't hide well. It's true, because I'm really obvious about things like that. Well, take care. I know those feelings all too well. I have this quote tacked to my refrigerator

"DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BECOME UPSET BY PEOPLE OR THINGS: THEY ARE POWERLESS. YOUR REACTION IS THEIR ONLY POWER!"

Undoubtedly, in the heat of the moment these phrases slip by, but the more you allow yourself a "time-out" the easier it will become. I completely understand how you could loose your temper with a Virgo. They seem to perceive themselves as exempt because they speak the "truth"; but being "honest" doesn't make them "right".

Thanks for you comments on dealing with Virgos. My manager has really ticked off alot of employees after she did me. My Virgo manager broken the confidence of a Sagittarius co-worker, behind her back. When someone confides in you, you're not suppose to broadcast it out to others behind the person's (who confided in you) back. She told another co-worker whose an Aquarius, and she told me even after I expressed that I wasn't interested in knowing. My Sagittarius co-worker wanted to share with me what was going on with her, but when she saw that I wasn't surprised, I explained that I had already knew. That's when the sh*t hit the fan. She then knew her confidence was brokened. Our Virgo manager blabbed it all out to everyone behind her back, but had this "You Can Trust Me" facade when faced. I tell you, man. I hope all Virgos aren't like this because I draw in those suckers like a mutherf*cker. As for my Virgo manager? H*ll broke lose on her. She not only had angry employees getting at her. The corporate office was even called upon her and she gotten in alot of trouble. My situation was well forgottened and forgivened, but after me, she screwed up with everyone else. It's one thing to put up a facade, but when you use one to cover up the dirt you do in the dark? The revelation can be pretty ugly. Dreamy-Eyez, out.
