I think Libras are the most natural in being in a relationship and doing the whole courting process, and Pisces are good lovers in a sense where they accept you for who you are and all your flaws and feel deeply for your problems
Something I've commonly come across in numerous astrology books, as well as in passing conversations with exes, friends and even strangers is that we Pisces have a reputation.....

#2.We even "change" ourselves or rather adapt ourselves so that we could be more apt at fulfilling their needs.We don't believe that one size fits all, every partner gets a tailored experience. ; )
#3. We are really open minded which in turn helps our lovers to really feel comfortable in their skin.
They usually feel more readily at ease when it comes to expressing what they desire. They know that they can open up to us and we don't judge them. In fact, most of us are down to try almost everything at least once. This leads to not only more uninhibited, passionate sex but also deeper intimate bonding experiences within the bedroom.
#4.We are creative. Skilled lovers, like skilled musicians, are able to exercise both control and creativity ( able to improvise and adapt to what our lover's body is telling us ....we listen with our whole bodies and respond using our whole bodies). It's definitely possible to have great sex with a libra ( or any other sign for that matter) who let's say has their mars sign in Scorpio, or in the infamous exalted Capricorn or even more specifically a mars that happens to trine with your venus...which again would have that effect.
We are just talking about general sun traits here though.
Taurus sun signs are very sensual however some can be lazy and routine which doesn't necessarily doesn't work for everyone ( I'm thinking of Geminis and Aries, for example, that might have a problem with this). I'm a pisces with a Taurus venus so I'd love a predictable lover. ; )

He'd sent his folks away for a full day so we had all afternoon, night, the next morning & afternoon after my birthday. Plenty of time for a long shower and the rest of it. What bores me the most is people rushing what should not be rushed. Using the musical analogy, I hate sloppy production where the musicians sound like they're bored out of their mind while recording the track. I want to hear the zest & gusto. That's why I hate rap. It's an insult to music.
Jed wasn't comfortable with penetration so I improvised. There was no need to rush and there's no reason to push the issue when there's a million other spots on our bodies that can be stimulated. And bless his soul, he went further than I could've ever imagined. He's a squirmy one which makes it all the more fun trying to get him to sit still. The whole experience was priceless, and I don't think it was one-off.

If so I can definitely see why the idea of the type of lover I just described seems unappealing to you.
BUT
I still firmly believe that there is a pisces out there that could be the best if not one of the best lovers you've ever had...you just haven't met them yet.
Especially one that gets right away that you like your lover to be a little a bit more reserved and detached. A lover who keep you guessing as well as loves to introduce you to new things.
Stimulates you intellectually and encourages you to take control whenever you see fit.......

You would hope but unfortunately, that's not true. There are a lot of selfish partners who don't listen to their partners and yet who claim to love their partners.......
at best this leads to dissatisfaction and makes their significant other more prone to cheating / seeking that attention elsewhere........
at worst it leads to enough dissatisfaction where the partner actually wants to leave the relationship............

Because when you really connect with a fish who really likes you, the soul connection is there. You can feel each other's happiness, desire and joy which is out of this world. There are no boundaries and anything goes without judgement or prejudice. You can truely be yourself, heart to heart and soul to soul, the rest of the world just fades away. For hours you can let go completely while you're being treated like a queen. Even so much that you almost feel guilty about it and start worrying about how to reciprocate because it seems nearly impossible to return all that is given......But then your sweet fish will make those thoughts just fade away and all you want is for both to be pleased. Which you will be, over and over again. My fish taught me what making love really is *sigh*
