Is this a Pisces thing?

Okay so, Im a pisces and I've noticed alot that when im walking outside during the day time (especially when its sunny), I feel like im like...walking on clouds, as if my head is in the sky or something, and im not even there LOL!!!!! Is this a pisces thing? I hope it is, cause if not i dont wanna start thinking im weird or something lol. I promise im not crazy 😛 Does that happen to any of you other fellow fishies? 🙂

I don't know about having the feeling of walking on the clouds, AB, but, often I feel like I am outside of myself, walking next to myself. Sometimes, I will sense myself walking across the street before my physical body.

That's not close to what you are saying, but, sort of, since you are getting the sensation of existing on a different level than your actual body.

Pisces here as well. We are dreamers. We are constantly "in the clouds." That's not to say we aren't in reality. We are the 12th sign. It is said we are a combination of everyone and all the signs, and this could be an explanation to why we are so intuitive and can understand all people more than they might understand themselves... or so choose to understand themselves. It is our nature. A blessing and a curse.

If it is true about a Pisces... that we feel other people.... that we can place ourselves directly into their shoes or their soul then it stands to reason that when we are not around people then we, for lack of better terms, yearn to be in such a state. It is our lot to feel the world, possibly deeper, than most. When that part of our soul has nothing to do, that is no one is around to analyze, listen to or "feel" then we tend to create a world in which we "feel." We are deep, thoughtful, emotional (not to say pansy ass wimps... we just feel deeper) and compassionate. In other words, when we have no one to "experience"... we tend to pleasantly slip into a state of wonderful thoughts, where we can dream of the world... in all it's beauty. Humans in all their beauty.

The appreciation of the world, humankind and some sort of spirituality is the essence of Pisces.

I commend you for seeking out your deeper self. I myself never gave my sign a second thought until 8 years ago... I had dated about 4 virgos. I thought it was weird... most weird was the fact that I could spot a damned virgo across the room. I remember on one occasion I had been sweet on this hostess at a particular restaurant/bar I frequented. I had never spoken to her.. just attracted to her, mannerisms or something else perhaps. I walked up to her... introduced myself, made small talk and asked "Are you a virgo?" The answer was of course yes. I smiled graciously and walked away.

At this time in my life I was hanging out with three women on a regular basis... work friends... we'd go to lunch... I never related to people so much as these girls. I thought it was wierd. I started talking them about my virgo girlfriends and discovered that not only were they all pisces but they were all dating virgos... or married to them. It was too much of a coincidence.. and I started researching. I discovered I was a Pisces true and true, and that it was no surprise that I was attracted to Virgos.. and they were attracted to me. We are opposite signs.

There hasn't been an astrology book that hasn't creeped me out a little because it almost perfectly described me and how I feel and react to the world.

Or and Moro... Gemini's and Pisces feelings can be confused together on occasions. It is said that Gemini are torn in two directions. Between two thoughts or decisions. This similar feeling can be likened to a Pisces two fishes tied together swimming in opposite directions. Not quite the same thing.. but very very similar.

I couldn't agree more .. however, it appears that it takes Pisces a few adult years to fully understand how profoundly this directs thier life. For years, Pisces will go through life just thinking it's random intuition .. in reality (the Pisces one), having self-awareness is a road sign.

I was fortunate to learn who I was young. It would have driven me crazy I think. I finally came to discover why I can read through people. Like I can hear their emotions. Without the understanding that it is more a Pisces thing I would have gone insane wondering why people didn't understand me like I understood them.

I just had a girl... yes a new one.... gone now but... she told me when I broke it off yesterday that.... "I have never had someone who understood me more than you did.... in only a month I feel like you know me deeper than my family."

back in the day I would have gotten a big head over this... now I take it as just a Pisces thing. It's nice to hear... that she feels that way. She, however, can't understand. It's just me... and now I don't take personal credit for it.... It's just me.

Blessing and a Curse. More of a blessing... I wouldn't trade it for the world.... but... the world is always on my shoulders.

And it's nearly impossible to explain. My husband often asks me, "How did you know that", after I would start talking to him about how he was feeling. He can just look at me, and I know .. I hear it, like you said. Crazy, isn't it?

At the same time, it feels good, too.

OMG "Blessing or a Curse" you have no idea how many times that pops into my head, But to actually have soooo many others repeat it just blows me away. Thankfully there is a board like this that lets us see ourselves more clearly. That we are not CRAZY, [and I have wondered that alot], we are special people given a special gift. The Curse the garbage we pick up from others, the Blessing is the difference we make in a persons life by doing so. And this above all else I believe is our Destiny.

People always tell me i look at everyone like a "lit up christmas tree" and i never even noticed it, like, my friends say whenever i make eye contact or something, it seems like im looking into them, instead of looking at them, and i dont even try to do that lol...i dont know how to explain it, but im a Pisces, and i've heard we have very penetrating eyes, so im wondering could it just be a Pisces thing? I get that a lot too. Have you found also times when you've found it hard to maintain eye contact? Not because of any shyness or lack of confidence but because you're conscious of how it may make the other person feel uneasy?

Yeah, I do that a lot .. especially if I know the other person is struggling with feelings, or is stuck on trying to come out with the right word to describe something and mainly .. if they are embarrassed.

If someone falls, or farts in public, or does anything that is embarrassing, I fail to keep eye contact with them because I know that they will only be embarrassed if someone has noticed their dumb assedness.

YES! I always quit eye contact every few seconds when im in a conversation, cause i dont want to make anyone feel uneasy...unless its another Pisces, cause then they obviously understand lol.
