They want you to pass all of it and give them ready results. Always READY! READY! READY! This is quite hard for us to accomplish. I mean, always give them ready things. Boy, right now I'm not quite sure what will happen if the same situation will occur (I have changed quite alot of my ways), but all I can say is to choise the right people to participate with. If they aren't eager to work on things to them happen, leave them. Not all worth your time. Think about it.
