pisces male vs. sag gal

"he's technically an aries and pisces cusp"...
those born during a cusp (which is the 19th thru the 23rd of any month) still fall within ONE specific sun sign...they just share traits from both signs of their cusp because the sun was transitioning between two signs during the time of their birth. but if you actually draw up their chart based on their EXACT time of birth, then it will be revealed as to what their actual sun sign is. you can't be both, cuspers can share traits of both, just as i mentioned earlier, but it has to be one or the other....
so either he is a pisces or he is an aries...
there are no technicalities in astrology...
and it can make all the difference in the world as far as how this might go...because a pisces man should rather jump off a bridge than attempt a relationship with a sagittarius woman...
however, an aries man is more than capable of making a union with said sagittarius woman work...
