Is brad pitt really a cusp? I read in books that pisces are sometimes fat or actually look like a fish you know really ugly or like a beautiful mermaid.

A combination of whatever their parents look like. It’s genetics.
Kids can turn out looking lots of different ways. It's not as simple as looking like an exact mixture of your parents. Brothers and sisters look different pretty often and kids can turn out looking a lot more like one parent than the other, or neither. You don't think different signs influence different physical traits to some degree? What about behavior. Is all behavior ruled by genetics too
Nature/nurture. A combination of familial genetics. If you want to be specific. Dominant and recessive genes. Mendelian genetics.

Yep. That all has an effect for sure. You don't believe in astrology though?

So are you saying you would believe in astrology before nature/nurture? A belief that is to the exclusion of everything else?

If you want an astrological answer, then I would say the rising (i.e. the chart ruler) would be the go-to when it comes to how a person looks. Not the sun.

Pisces eyes in all the decans. Sleepy droopy eyes. Aquarius/Pisces cusps and first decan Pisces seem to have sharper features than other Pisces

I agree with this. And if we have mercury in Pisces you can see it too.
