Maybe the thought of his ex made him feel uncomfortable with you. I mean, you did say he just came out of a relationship right? We don't get over people we care about so quickly. I've dated Pisces men before and it doesn't matter if you slept with him on the first date, we'd date anyone with a kind soul and warm heart and we can sense very quickly if you possess those qualities so don't worry about giving it up too quick. I'd text him something nice. Like, "just thinking of you. hope all is well".
