Just because you have Gemini rising according to your birthdate, it does not necessarily mean you will show it. Actually judging a person according to his/her birthdate is wrong IMHO. The actual personality and outlook has worth, which in your case does not fit to your birthdate information. You don't show Gemini rising qualities.

Typical Scorpio woman eyes are rather dreamy than vivacus (because they are water sign). Their face expression is rather "I'm high class standart woman" saying, yeah.

How does that tie in?

It determines your true self. Which means emotional make up. I belive a person eventually turns into that sign, since emotions have to be in peace with outer world, and that means they have to be in full control of situation. In short, you have to turn into that personality to be happy.

That is the exact reason why I don't want to judge a person according to his birthdate. Genetics also has it's own role, so we have to determine through "final product" rather than birthdate.
