Sometimes

I wish I were someone else.

Not saying I hate myself or anything like that. Or that anyone has it easier than me.

Just I feel so confused at times. Sometimes I'm not even sure who the hell I am. Sometimes I feel as though I don't live on the same planet as everyone else.

I try to be the best I can be, but I get a little lost sometimes.

Maybe I'm too hard on myself I dunno.

Sorry for the sort of rant. Just there's nowhere else I can write this shit.

I want winners. I want people that want to win.

i think those feelings come from how society is constructed. it's not you, it's them.

i doubt fishermen in thailand ever feel this way. or herdsmen in kenya. they have their purpose, their place.

the way it is, it's hard to slot yourself into a society that doesn't feel 'right'. some people have addictions, some people over compensate with huge egos, others deal with it some other way.

but yeah, you're picking up on the wrongness of it all

Lots of us just have a day pass. Then we go back to our own planet for the evening. Don't hang up your own day pass, but accept that much of it is just hubris, and become more comfortable with your own planet. None of us have the full picture.

I know what you mean, makes you question your sanity sometimes >_< I grew up in my sister's shadow so I have this permanent underdog people pleaser loner mentality...hard to be true to yourself and make everyone happy. No worries though, sanity is boring I hear lol
