the influence of the outer planets....

Do the planets saturn, uranus, neptune and pluto have any strong influence on certain traits and characteristics in a person's personality? I know the sun shows our general approah to life, the moon- how we express our emotions, mercury- how we communicate and so on and so fourth.. but what are the last 4 planets in charge of?

Indian astrology focuses on where the Moon (Female energy) lands in your chart as opposed to Western astrological which focuses on your Sun (Male energy) sign.
