What does it mean when she says
she wishes she talk to me but she doesn't want to bother me so she doesn't call and also she says she can't keep her mind focused after reading my e-mail ?

Put yourself as a Pisces in her position, what is she trying to tell me ?

Tell me what you can about what the Pisces female is thinking or trying to say when she says things like this.

As for not wanting to bother you, she may have gotten the impression that you were "preoccupied" whenever you talk to her on the phone or see her in person. If you are involved in other things, such as getting constant phone calls (that can wait) or saying how much you need to help this person or that person out, or being there for your family at the drop of a hat puts a question of just how important is she in your life and where does she stand.

She doesn't want to feel as though she's keeping you from anything, so she tells you she doesn't want to bother you. Does it upset you that she doesn't call you? If you are with her or talking to her then spend time with HER not everybody else. Remember, when you are with her she doesn't just want to see you there, she wants to feel that you are truly there. Talk about her day at work, what sort of activities she likes, and things you can do together.

As for your emails, are you being romantic or straight-forward with maybe a hint of passion? If you're just telling it like it is all the time, where's the passion? where's the romance? Pisces loves being in love, seeing it, hearing it, feeling it...get the point? If this relationship is trying to grow, let it go there.

Are you being open, honest, and involving her in your life or are you keeping things from her and making her suspicious and wondering what you are doing? The Pisces thinking is infamous for being psychic. We can read people like open books. From what you have just said, she is being a little stand-offish and not giving you 100% of her herself.
