so I've been thinking, "does Gemini rising make u naturally smart"? like of course plenty of other ppl can are smart, but a lot of times in school or home or just normally someone might be trying to figure out how to do something, and while they're trying to figure it out i already have it mapped out in my head. i kinda refrain from saying anything and play the dumb because when i try to help, ppl play it off and i get labeled as a know it all, they or they'll say something like your think you're so smart, and then after seeing my way clear works they go out of theyre way to do it a different way (there is more than one way to skin a cat sooo yea). and so i get labeled smartypants or knowitall, but in my head im like "helloooo wtf its common sense" but as my Mum says not everyone has common sence.

p.s. i put it here because im Pisces but maybe i should put it in the Gemini forum.... idk

No it doesn't necessarily make you smart but they do like to learn especially if Leo is in the 3rd and Sag is in the 7th. The guy I knew with Scorpio and Gem rising had many likes but was really lazy BC Mars in Taurus. Your moon aspects tell you a lot about your mind and intelligence along with mercury. No sign placement necessarily makes you smart. Sag which is ur opposite combines well and makes you wanna know a bit of everything so you may appear a smarty pants to others or even immature... Or see others as immature.

No particular IQ-boosting indicators in astrology that I'm familiar with, but personal Gemini placements (or certian Mercury aspects) will definitely make you somewhat "bright" & quick-witted in some area. Gemini has superior mental reflexes & absorbs information/knowledge like a sponge.

Though, if Gemini falls on your ascendant, Mercury is your chart ruler and it's position in your chart is important for it's strength. Here you might wanna get familiar with "essential dignity" in astrology, if you're not already.

Pisces sun, gem rising, Leo in half 3rd and half 7th sag.
Mercury in Aquarius, 8th house.

I like to study, in fact I love learning. Tho I just have to get it started and maintain focus.
I tend to think about simple things as they were really complex, its good to see all angles, but makes it hard to memorize what I learned, real hard to keep up with schoolmates.

Well, comparing to my friends I'm a bit smarter, or they're just closed mind.
