is it just me , or does anyone else find it amazing that the U.S. government can track a cow born in Canada almost three years ago, right to the stall where she sleeps in the state of washington And they tracked her calves to their stalls. But they can not locate 11 million illegal aliens wandering around our country. Maybe we should give them all a cow.
If US government get those OUT.. then who will do the dirty jobs (that even local bums refuse to take it) for the rest of the US communities in a cheap way..??

I am not against LEGAL immigration, but to create a system which has two definitions of of the meaning of 'is' just ain't sensical in my mind.
They do this for at least two reasons that I have been able to determine:
1) to keep wage scales unrealistically low to benefit the wealthy political compaign contributors & have a permanently exploitable working class of people.
2) to keep the many racial divisions in place required to complete the aforementioned Hegellian dialectic being perpetrated against the American/global populace.

i think we need to take into consideration that the illegals are the ones that pick the produce that goes one the tables of our tables.. and at very low wages and with no insurance...

If you think mine and branh0913's statements are inaccurate try and back up why you believe so. I'm a Business Major so I have taken some Economics courses and read the books. Although, I don't really see how reading an Economics book is going to make it okay for Mexicans to come here illegally and take American jobs and commit crime. But Neo-Cons and Liberals in Western countries seem to love these foreign invaders. Neo-Cons love them so they can get rich and Liberals want them here to make us more 'Multicultural'. But over all the main reason we let them in here is to make up for the low birthrate in Western Countries. North America has the Mexicans and Europe has the Arabs.
Whenever this discussion is raised on talk radio 9 out of 10 callers want something done about it. Everyone you talk to wants something done about it. But politicians refuse to do anything about it. It costs society money. The only people who gain are the businesses that exploit the immigrants. It CAN be done legaly, the way it used to. Background checks, immunization records, a sponsor, a job waiting for them. The states need to round up the illegals and dump them in Washington D.C. Maybe then we'll get some action.

George Bush's grandfather, the late US senator Prescott Bush, was a director and shareholder of companies that profited from their involvement with the financial backers of Nazi Germany.
The Guardian has obtained confirmation from newly discovered files in the US National Archives that a firm of which Prescott Bush was a director was involved with the financial architects of Nazism.
His business dealings, which continued until his company's assets were seized in 1942 under the Trading with the Enemy Act, has led more than 60 years later to a civil action for damages being brought in Germany against the Bush family by two former slave labourers at Auschwitz and to a hum of pre-election controversy.
The evidence has also prompted one former US Nazi war crimes prosecutor to argue that the late senator's action should have been grounds for prosecution for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
The debate over Prescott Bush's behaviour has been bubbling under the surface for some time. There has been a steady internet chatter about the "Bush/Nazi" connection, much of it inaccurate and unfair. But the new documents, many of which were only declassified last year, show that even after America had entered the war and when there was already significant information about the Nazis' plans and policies, he worked for and profited from companies closely involved with the very German businesses that financed Hitler's rise to power. It has also been suggested that the money he made from these dealings helped to establish the Bush family fortune and set up its political dynasty.
Remarkably, little of Bush's dealings with Germany has received public scrutiny, partly because of the secret status of the documentation involving him. But now the multibillion dollar legal action for damages by two Holocaust survivors against the Bush family, and the imminent publication of three books on the subject are threatening to make Prescott Bush's business history an uncomfortable issue for his grandson, George W, as he seeks re-election.
While there is no suggestion that Prescott Bush was sympathetic to the Nazi cause, the documents reveal that the firm he worked for, Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH), acted as a US base for the German industrialist, Fritz Thyssen, who helped finance Hitler in the 1930s before falling out with him at the end of the decade. The Guardian has seen evidence that shows Bush was the director of the New York-based Union Banking Corporation (UBC) that represented Thyssen's US interests and he continued to work for the bank after America entered the war.

Bush was also on the board of at least one of the companies that formed part of a multinational network of front companies to allow Thyssen to move assets around the world.
Thyssen owned the largest steel and coal company in Germany and grew rich from Hitler's efforts to re-arm between the two world wars. One of the pillars in Thyssen's international corporate web, UBC, worked exclusively for, and was owned by, a Thyssen-controlled bank in the Netherlands. More tantalising are Bush's links to the Consolidated Silesian Steel Company (CSSC), based in mineral rich Silesia on the German-Polish border. ONE OF the most brutal murder sprees in recent U.S. history went largely ignored by the media. On the last night of September, six people were killed in their homes in southern Georgia--five bludgeoned to death with baseball bats and one shot in the head.
But because the victims were Mexican immigrants--most of them undocumented--they were easy to overlook.
That?s why they were victims of these unspeakable crimes, too. In a system that views some people as ?illegal?--and where politicians and their corporate backers want undocumented workers for cheap labour, but don?t want to give those equal rights--immigrants will be scapegoated, exploited and preyed upon.

INVESTIGATORS CALLED them ?ready-made victims?--the six men killed and six others gravely injured at the end of a night of robberies in southern Georgia. They were mostly migrant workers who scraped by working long hours in cotton fields and on peanut farms. Other immigrants had been robbed before in the area--in a string of assaults stretching back for months.
But while bats and a gun did the damage to their bodies, the legal hurdles facing undocumented immigrants made them the perfect targets.
Since most undocumented immigrants are unable to obtain the paperwork necessary to open a bank account, they are more likely to carry their wages in cash. And the robbers may have been counting on the fact that undocumented immigrants are less likely to report being the victims of a crime--for fear of being deported. Nevertheless, police say that racism wasn?t a factor in the crimes.
These are all elements in a larger picture of injustice and inequality. Undocumented Latino immigrants remain largely segregated in a low-paying workforce that is open to exploitation in some of the nation?s most dangerous and degrading jobs--the meat industry, construction, janitorial and other service industries.
The same right-wing myths continue to be recycled--that undocumented immigrants are too ?lazy? to go through legal channels to get a green card; that the border is being ?overrun?; and that immigrants ?steal? jobs from native-born workers.
The truth, however, is those immigrants face tremendous hurdles in applying for status as legal immigrants. Currently, the wait for an employment-based green card is more than five years on average.
The U.S. border with Mexico isn?t ?overrun?--just 1 percent of all crossings are unauthorized. Both documented and undocumented immigrants are a tremendous boost to the economy in the form of federal, state and local taxes--while they are increasingly denied access to social services like Medicare and food stamps.
While undocumented immigrants in particular take on many of the most dangerous jobs in society, their wages are often far below that other workers. And contrary to the stereotype of undocumented migrants as single males with little education, a Pew Hispanic Centre study recently found that most of the unauthorized immigrant population lives in families, and that one-quarter has at least some college education.
