Aqua & Aqua..Help ongoing saga.

Okay this is a very on going thing we have atm.
(im the aqua girl btw!!)
We meet probably a year and a half ago, pretty much ignored eachother. Meet again later started having feelings, went out. I ended up cheating and telling him, we kept going but the relationship was fairly rooted, he ended up cheating on me and leaving me for someone else, there is a lot of upset emotions about this with both of us. However, on off we have remained in love/completely hating each other. Usually both at the same time.
When we are apart we hate eachother well kind of pine and hate other. When we are together from about the second we hug and properly start talking everything falls simply back into place. It's weird for both of us since we usually dont care about people for long after we break up.
A lot of things have been said by him such as:
"I really wish I never meet you sometimes because I can't forget about you"
"I hate you somedays, but somedays I love you"
"I hope we get back together someday, not now, but someday"
And then just flat out" I love you so much"
Similar things by me said too.
A lot of the time we avoid eachother, when we are around eachother and other people are aswell it's awkward. We have other partners, I get jelous of his, and I believe he, mine too. I have to say I have never felt this with anyone, Ive never felt like crying cuz I love someone or anything like that, Ive never got butterflies time and time again. I can honestly say Ive never had someone like this?
Do you reckon he means what he says?
I do, I know that IF I get married and settle down he's the one.

Why would you cheat AND tell him about it? That's pretty hostile and typically Aqua passive-aggressive. Obviously you have something but it doesn't seem healthy because you only seem to be interested in eachother when you're both involved with someone else. Please do your partner a favor and break up with them. There's nothing worse than being involved with someone who has another on their mind.
