Michal Sheen and Rachel McAdams split! Dammit!

I'm a guy; therefore, I don't normally care much at all about celebrity relationships. The only reason this one ever even caught my eye was the fact that, as some of you know, when I first joined this sight I was dead set on trying to figure out this Scorpio female at my university. I really find this development discouraging for me... for a number of reasons:

1)I've always found Scorpio Women attractive and this was kinda like a shining bright star of hope... Maybe, it's better for Aquarius men to have a women with Scorpio traits and not so much the Sun, or maybe good to have the Sun and not much else lol! I can't figure it out can you ^.^?

2)Michael Sheen as far as I can tell is a really great guy. I hear women say stuff like oh he looks feminine or w/e... but I think their have been roles he's played where he has more manly type...ehh whatever I dunno why I'm trying to argue this dudes manhood LOL! They do say Aquarius males and females appear androgynous so... I'll just leave it be. But I mean WOW never cheated on her or anything like that.

3)I see this happening to me :/ I was born under the dreaded 11th sign!

This, isn't so much about Aquarius men and Scorpio women... it is about Aquarius men in general WITH ANYONE. Micheal Sheen was with Kate Beckinsale a Leo before McAdams.

And even had a baby with her.....

And then Kate leaves him for the director of "UnderWorld"! A movie they both starred in!!

What troubles me about this particular issue more than anything is this... This guy as far as I know never cheated on these women, nor treated them badly. I think what ultimately killed it for them is he never put a ring on their finger. I don't get it though ladies...how would things have been different with a piece of jewelry on your finger?

okay good point Poisson and Kalean

BOTH

Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward

AND

Christain Bale and Sibi Blazic

That's encouraging πŸ˜„

thanks guys.

You know looking at a little of Christian Bales past... you could almost say it's a miracle he ever committed to get married. supposedly he never planned on getting married. I wonder how many Aquarius Men have this same kind of thought!? He never had a problem with the ladies per say, just his family life and upbringing made him deeply suspicious of all women. If your interested just peruse this link... it's quite an eye opener.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1038830/Whos-greatest-actor-world-Christian-Bales-assistant-reveals-stars-father-boosted-sons-ego.html
Joanne was starring in television productions and theater and one day, she was introduced by her agent to another young actor at her level by the then-unknown name of Paul Newman. Paul's first reaction was, "Jeez, what an extraordinarily pretty girl". Joanne, while admitting that he was very good-looking, didn't like him at first sight, but she couldn't resist him. Soon they were working closely together as understudies for the Broadway production of "Picnic" and got along very well. They would have long conversations about anything and everything.
I like Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward! Interesting though as they were never official until Jan.29, 1958 and yet had known each other or even been a thing possibly 5 or more years before this. I just think some women don't have the patience possibly who knows. Christian Bale dived right in though? I still feel bad for Michael Sheen 😒

I think it's that they don't tell their partner enough how they feel. Women like actions, but they like to hear the words too.

I feel like this statement is accurate of(countless)men, in general. Anger and horniness are socially acceptable emotions for males to express at will. Everything else filed under 'feelings' in the official MANual is considered "iffy" territory.

πŸ˜›

I never knew horniness was considered an 'emotion' but hey if women want to categorize it as such I will not contest... women seem to hold all things they define as 'emotions' on a pedestal! So... please carry on πŸ˜„

Yeah in I think hollywood might be a bad basis. There's plenty of real life Aquas that I know who have lasting relationships after a few stumbles. But I'll agree my pisces moon probably makes me a bit more receptive and in a way slightly more picky but when I do fall in love it's as real as it.

Wouldn't say it's a matter of showing affection πŸ˜› Sometimes it just oozes out lol

I don't know anything about these actors and actresses but I am an Aqua woman who dated an Aqua man. We clicked in every way but the sex. It was awful. He was very (very) good at expressing his feelings and emotions to me. As a matter of fact he called me one night and confessed his love for me. Long story short because the sex sucked, I didn't want him. So his I love you's was either a hail mary to get back in my bed or he was good with his words. πŸ˜‰

I think Paul was already married when he and Joanne first met. And when he and first wife divorced, he married Joanne shortly after.

Spouse(s)

Jackie Witte
(1949β€”1958; divorced)

Joanne Woodward
(1958β€”2008; his death)

9 years to his first wife... then 50 to Joanne. I'm sure his Pisces moon has a lot to do with it. Doesn't Aquasnoz have that combo, Aqua sun/Pisces moon? He had no problem showing his affection.

Gosh they still looked so in love 😒 β€” really moving.

I have to agree with you fishes on this...
Those two really do inspire me... and just from still pictures no less?

Poisson for some reason the bolded part of your post did not register with me. If Michael Sheen really loved those women, WHY did he never jump right in with marriage is a good question... seeing how obviously Christian Bale did as well as Paul Newman contrary to my previous assessment that he did not.

+1...but I won't fight you for him lol.

LOL... you two haha

You know, I found his portrayal of Lucien to be quite the emotional man no?
So, the opposite of what they say about Aquarius men.
However, as S4nd pointed out... the poor guy has some chart dynamics to overcome... but then again don't we all?

My psychology teacher is an aqua, and he's happily married B).

Ha! Psychology definitely sounds like an Aquarius subject alright.
Thanks for the comment Kalean.
I think I just sorta got all up in arms over Sheen...

I still say "How would a ring make anything different"

But I also would not have been with those women for that long without getting married?

I suppose in the end... no matter how great a guy he may or may not be... he can only blame himself for not doing that with which he knew would make them happy. I swear, Aquarius men we have are heads up are ass sometimes!

I have such a thing for Aquarius guys. I often feel a good strong connection between them. I am a Virgo sun but my Scorpio rising and the specific characteristics of my birthdate make me much more like a Water sign.

I really don't know anything about celebrities. I know that I'm all for living together before putting titles or rings on us. The main problem I can see with Aquas (or Aries, whom I fall for easily as well) is that I take their emotions on to myself often, and want so much to make things right and good that it can come across as clingy or prying. I want emotional closeness. At the same time, I respect space and need alone time. All I can do is hope it all brings balance.

But there's MUCH more to relationships than just sun signs! Moon, venus and even mercury and mars are important factors.

My dad is an Aqua and well obviously to me he's the best dad in the world lol, he and my mom divorced like 10 years ago, their marriage lasted around 24 years, it wasnt really his fault though in every marriage both obviously have their share in the good and bad.

Ive always been sort of amazed to find out that plenty (if not most) Aquarius guys Ive seen in real life are very much the marriage/family type, they usually either get married really young or really old lol but in general they seem like good husbands and much more affectionate than their sun sign suggests..

@BoomShakalakaboom Man thanks. Always nice to hear real life examples. I think sorta the same way but... you know people still have their own perceptions of things.

He beat you up and tried to have sex with you while you were both 11? You sure started early. Why not just enjoy being a kid for a while?

Yep... Venus in aquarius the 5th house... I started early... I'm an early bloomer of life, and I'm also bisexual as well. I have the same feelings for a guy as I would for a girl... But like I know I'm my town there are lgbt clubs and shit but idk if I should join...

Wellll Aquas are one of my absolute favorite signs. I love the intellect. I've never met an Aqua I didn't like. The men are hilarious in my experience. What's not to like? πŸ™‚

You know I think I'm funny BUT for some damn reason MOST people take what I say the wrong way... even those that you could say are close freinds... you know like I've known a long time. There are VERY VERY few people in this world that I feel like I can use my sense of humor with and not eventually rub them the wrong way. I dunno to me most people always like to point out how funny someone else is or ridicule someone else for humor. I most of the time dislike doing that. I find that to be cruel, unfair, and I dunno I really don't even find it funny... unless the person we are talking about is totally full of themselves and be cruel to others or w/e... AND even then I'd like it better when I can make fun of YOU to your face, and I don't mind you making fun of me of course as well. I'd love that.
πŸ™‚

Unfortunately, about the only people I can feel comfortable enough to be that way with are my brothers ha! We are so AWFUL to each other and we loves it.

I personally think Aqua men don't get enough love, but they are great guys!!

I suppose. However, I do think we bring it upon ourselves. Fixed signs can be so stupid sometimes about love. I dunno, I just want the genuine article and I'll feel so stupid if I give my all and I come to find out I've been duped.

I dated one aqua guy briefly and raport was pretty amazing intelectually and sexually. Not enough emotions though.

You know, I'm curious about the 'Not Enough Emotions'. Could you possibly give me a specific example if you don't mind?

Yeah, 11 seems kinda young to me but... I suppose if I had the same opportunity with a very aggressive girl when I was younger I might have well done the same thing ^.^? I think the possibility for that would have never happened though... when I was younger I was I think more off-putting then I am even now. At least now, I AM AWARE of how my personality can be perceived by people.

Fail gemini (LOL)

I had a crush on an aquarius man for nine years.. Started when I was 10.. He was my sister's friend so he is off limit.
Whenever he comes around, I'll hide and watch from a corner.
Whenever he comes over to talk I'll be all awkward and pretend to be busy.
My friends all had a crush on him, and expressed it to him but he would shrug it off. Im glad I didn't try... I'm sure i'll just be one of the girls. Anonymous is good.
I still think he is reliable, I just never relied on him.
He is still cute and smart and cool too.
I guess I rather keep him that way. I don't know if I want to know the "real" him. I'm convinced I am infatuated with the impression I have of him.

I guess not all aquarius is bad.
I just don't know how to act around them.

So are you a Gemini?

Being able to go tit for tat (like making fun of someone jokingly and them being able to throw it right back) is something to be celebrated. I stand by my opinion that Aquas are one of the funniest signs. Be proud! And what you said about your siblings, I totally get that. My Sag sister and I are much the same way. We get each other when it comes to humor and like play off of each other. We entertain the family.

I wonder if you'd have more luck if you showed your humor more to air Mercs or air mooners. They seem to take things less to heart.

Here's a joke for you. Some Virgo humor. What did Jay Z call his wife before they got married? Feyonce. πŸ˜‰

Yeah, I have to say that I've yet to come across an Aqua that didn't make me laugh. One of the the Aqua traits I do appreciate/enjoy is their sense of humor. It's one way they will tell you how they really feel...including those slick, backhanded jokes/comments that seep up out of their subconscious, as it seems they don't even realize what's coming out of their mouths half the time lol then wonder why some (those who catch them) get offended (πŸ˜‰ @ NotYourAverageAquarius). But of course, there are many times when they know exactly what they are saying and anybody who enjoys that kind of humor (aren't too soft, can dish it and take it) would probably enjoy engaging in that banter. I speak that language myself, so none of that gets by me πŸ™‚ Not necessarily a trait that is exclusive to Aquas, but it does seem to be more pronounced in them. Geminis and Libras are similar, but seem more aware/conscious (know exactly what they're saying and why) with their wit and can be more direct... more scathing (esp. Libras)...Just an observation πŸ™‚

I would like to add that the Aqua passed my "Angie-test". In contrast, a Capricorn failed the test.

For this test, I made a different profile on the dating site where I met him and called myself Angie. I attached a picture of the most beautiful woman I could find (that happened to be an Aqua, lol).

Angie had to trigger my guy's interest over several days, and then compete with me for a date with him. Firstly, I gave him a date (our third one) and he said he was looking forward to it. Then one day before our date, Angie had to persuade him that this was the only time when she could meet him, before her two-week holiday.

It was hilarious. My Aqua said he cannot meet her, because he's meeting his boss! Angie used all her charm and tricks, but he resisted her. It's been a month since, and today I confess what I've done and the Aqua laughed.
