You're over having a text relationship only. It's fun to get the "good morning" text and the sweet "good night" text but that's not enough to sustain a relationship. There's more to a relationship than messages on a screen and you need to be able to look him in the eyes and touch him. Since he is making no attempt for more of a real-time relationship, you're done.
