Do cardinal/fixed/mutable get along with same?

Do cardinal signs get along with cardinals? Mutables with mutables? Fixed with fixed?

I get along with other cardinal signs but there always seems to be tension like in a subtle (sometimes not so subtle) battle for control. We each have our idea of how things should be done and clash over how to do it. Plus, I rebel against being pushed toward their ideas. I also think I dont feel like we make much effort to understand the other's approach. I think its not so bad with other capricorns, though.

Any type of relationship applies to the question: romantic, family, friends, coworkers, etc

Is it just me or do others have the same experience?

Depends on the context. I love working for Cardinals; having conversations with Mutables; and dating Fixed.

Dating Cardinals (so far)...

hit/miss with Fixed and Mutable.

I think I get thr mutable minset though.

I aspire towards Fixed qualities.

I am a mutable, but do not tolerate domineering cardinals at all.

It's one thing to agree to disagree on something, but foot-stomping and rage from cardinals is when I say adios and never look back.

Cardinals must be respectful, courteous and dignified if they want my enthusiasm, interest and loyalty.

Otherwise, take your "know it all" assholery, and piss off.

Hey Damnata, and not always but sometimes I do.

Learning to be chill is a task for some cardinals, because if they are not, then it soon becomes understandable why so many of them are alone in life.

Ok. I think some of you misunderstood the question. I used cardinal in my example because I am a cardinal.

Yes I love mutables, but platonically only. I've always got along with other mutables. Though Gemini men drive me crazy sometimes with their excessive talking. I'm noticing from dxp that gem women really dislike Pisces too. Haha. Go figure cause I usually like Gem women, now I wonder if the ones I meet irl find me annoying. LOL.

Romantically I prefer fixed or cardinal.

huh. youre right, PV, the gemini ladies here don't like the pisces. (is it for both men and women?) why is that? But many of them go cray cray goo goo ga ga drop the panties for scorpio men. and cancer men too.

in my exp with other cardinal signs, we recognize that we have our own way of moving ahead and either one goes along with the other, vice versa, or not??_ and neither is really rubbed the wrong way if it's "not"

if were not agreeing then there may be brief disappointment, one person tries to sway the other, but there's rarely, if ever, an argument or hurt feelings.

My comunication with mutables..

It's like voices in my head. Not sure if it's a good or bad thing.

Wanted some insight into what you are and how you get along with the same. Not interested in how you get along with the other aspects, I had no intention on focusing on cardinals, and it wasnt about focusing on any particular sign.

I see a great deal of mutable in my crystal ball - in your chart, your past or your future.

@Chance, I thought I was the only one that noticed that about Taurus. My goodness, they love to instigate. My Taurus cousin is notorious for it.

I tend to clash with other Cardinals. It's like a fight for the hbic or something. I do get along the best with Cancers, but Libras...nope. Aries...nope.

My mother is an Aquarius and I notice her group is much easier to get along with. She does extremely well with Leos, Taureans and Scorps. It's like they all click effortlessly, and makes me wonder what's wrong with the Cardinals.

She has an Aries friend/coworker, who is good friends with a Cancer. The Cancer is a doctor and the Aries is lightweight envious. It seems there can be a lot of competition with Cardinals.

My Virgo sister and my Sag cousin get along great, and my virgo sis was best friends with a gemini. The mutables seem to do well, although this is the easiest group, imo, to develop into becoming frenemies with eachother. They do so much pretending that they don't know if the friendship is real or not lol. Them mutables are so sneaky together.

Taurus sometimes drives me nuts because they are literally unmovable and don't care that they are, but they are really dependable.

I like Leo because they have a level of loyalty that is equal to Scorpio. Yes, their ego is a bit taxing sometimes but it's always worth dealing with.

Aquarius.....hit or miss. You've got the cool, laid back, easy to get along with Aquarius and then you have the rigid self-righteous Aquarius that assumes that you don't understand what they are saying because they are so 'progressive'....even though their concept was already thought up a hundred times over. I hate being told what I'm thinking.....especially if they are way off base.

Scorpios....we are the bastards of the Zodiac....it's a coin toss 😛

aquarius: i'm neither that laid back, cool, easy to get on, nor rigid, self righteous, but i do waver in between depending on moods. But i really hate the rigid types, inserting what *I* should think. It irks the hell out of me.

i get on with cardinals just fine in real life. I just have to be more respectable to older matronly capricorn women, they're kind of stiff in their ways, but still not hard to get on with.

Yes, I get along well with all mutables (the females, at least).

yes??_ absolutely. def a pair of opposites that i think would work well in love. so much to compliment one another.

i also agree with what chance said too about relating to the other modes??_ esp. taureans.

I don't usually get Libras at all, and there seems to be a mutually repelling vibe...Cappies tend to be super cool tho, and I have many good Aries friends. Cancer men tend to be way too defensive and touchy, but Cancer women are fucking adorable. My MIL is a Cancer, and she's just a total sweetie. 🙂

Romantically, I've always found myself with Fixed. Particularly Scorpios. My fianc? is one, and we're so similar it's eery. I also do well with Aquas. For some reason, I don't seem to encounter many Leos or Taurus. So can't say much about them.

Mutables...I like them and enjoy hanging out with them, but I don't bother trusting them because they're just unreliable by nature. If they make plans with me, I just say yes and if something else comes up, I go ahead and do that, because I know that there's a good chance that the Mutable won't follow through anyway, so who cares lol.

I've always gotten along really well with other fixed signs, whether platonically or romantically. There's certainly more head-butting possible but I've always felt there was an inherent respect for each other's perspectives before we even knew what they were.

The fun part is understanding each other's perspectives, and seeing what happens when they clash.

I usually don't have much of a relationship with other mutables. Sags are too free/out there for me to connect with, gemini and I have usually have different communication style s if not completely different life style s, virgos...I've only had one as a friend and while we we hung out sometimes there was something missing. Other pisces I've known tend to have traits I look down upon.

I get along best with fixed signs in both friendships and relationships.

Cardinals are somewhere in between.

For being a mutable sign I can actually be pretty stable in my decisions. I am very flexible with discussions, ideas, travel plans etc. If I have an idea I want to do I don't stray from that... light details may change with the times but the overall theme is still the same. Fellow mutable signs for me make great friends but for a long term relationship they would drive me insane. One of my best friends is a Gemini male. He is great for impromptu trips, random walks or hikes around town, trying new restaurants and we always have something to talk about but he is not good with long term plans. We have been trying to plan a trip overseas for a year and when it came down to the final details he backed out and was like I have just been going along and decided it's not for me. He's great at talking and theorizing but doesn't want to do any of the real detail planning... if he is going to go on a trip like that it has to be spur of the moment or quickly planned. It won't work if he has too much time to think about it. Virgos make good friends for me. Somehow there is a similar sense of humour and outlook on life (which for such very different signs you wouldn't think that would be possible). Virgos especially at work gravitate to me. I don't know if it's because I am laid back and not judgemental so they know they can talk to me and run things past me without needing to be insecure. They are too nit picky and too clean (I know that sounds weird) for me to last in the long run relationship wise. Sags are my travel and party buddies. They can sometimes be inconsiderate and a little too blunt for me to be in a relationship with. Funny enough though I always end up in a joking "relationship" with a Sag. The one who runs phones at work calls me her little spoon and takes fake claim over me when someone seems like they're hitting on me. She's saved me from a lot of awkward situations. Sags are a fun sign for me.

Fellow mutable signs minds change on big things too much for me. Not sure where I get my stabilizing force from. I would say long term relationship it will probably be a cardinal sign for me. I still hold to the fact the sign I'll end up marrying will be a Cancer or Capricorn. They are stable, homey and can be stubborn or opinionated but they're not so stuck in their ways they can't be persuaded or convinced unlike the fixed signs I have experienced hold tight to when they think they are right. Fixed signs for me are good friends but not in the long run surprisingly. Even my longest running friends are cardinal and mutable signs. My two best friends are a Gemini and then a somewhat watery Aries.

Fixed signs are the only sun signs that I'm indifferent about. I'm a leo and naturally I get along with Leo's.Scorpio and Taurus sun signs I dont hate but I'm not usually interested in either. They also tend to bring a lot of drama (speaking from experience of course) but never cross me in that way. But ya, strongly opinionated and aggressive, it is more apparent to me in the girls though. I actually get along well with taurus guys. With Aquarius I actually do adore them but hardly meet any and I think they feel indifferent about me, so that sucks haha. Fixed signs are a trip, which is why I say im indifferent. I think I get them, which is good but it also leaves me cautious

I have never met a lazy scorpio, male or female. Taurus is 50/50, they aren't lazy when it comes to their passion or work. If you wanna call being routine or a homebody lazy...
Aquarius are complicated...not lazy.
And lastly, Leo's...ya pretty damn lazy but hey at least it is on our own time haha. Lions just wanna eat and sleep...no harm lol. But I'm also ridiculously active and usually doing something.

I completely agree with mutables. Except my ex who is a virgo and my close girlfriend who's a virgo, mutable signs are flakey as fuhhhhhh
