It's in the way he goes about this situation. PoF doesn't seem to be the best way...lol.

Any established friendships with the opposite sex, even if they're ex-lovers or ex-wives, that's completely different. But a new friendship found on a dating site is out of the question.

My jealousy is definitely unmatched. But my need to be fair and give my partner the utmost freedom and sense of happiness outweighs my own desires.
If he (whoever I was with for a long time, there's been established a sense of understanding and a strong degree of loyalty) happens to feel closest to women friends than men, his choosing to be with women friends means that they fulfill a need he has which I probably cannot. Meaning, maybe one of his female friends is a physicist who can better understand and entertain questions he has about something like the quantum world, or maybe his woman friend is a philosopher and he's trying to figure out some rational explanation for some personal theory or perspective of life he has, etc... He wants growth, and having friends outside his love life allows him to have that personal growth. I, despite being excessively jealous, could not dare react on my jealousy and take away that sense of self-righteous growth that he has. It's unfair to him that, for my sake, in this life I prevent him from meeting people who allow him to grow... And honestly, I feel like this allows for there to be a stronger connection between us, because there's more trust, and through other people we could also teach each other new things and give each other valuable perspectives that we may otherwise not have...
Rewind several years back, and there's no way in hell I'd be saying what I'm saying now. But fast forward all these years later, and I've realized that loving someone means giving them the utmost freedom to be his or her self, even if that means getting out of your own comfort zone for it.

Because POF isn't a place to meet new friends it's a DATING APP.
We now need to address if he thinks I'm stupid af for trying to slide that explanation past me.

I am fine with my boyfriend having girlfriends, or making new friends that are girls. As long as the girls stay in their lanes, and don't expect support that is more partner/spouse like than friend. Respect those boundaries, and that's fine.
But meeting new friends on sites that has a connotation for individuals meeting for romantic or sexual relationships like POF, OKC, Tinder, etc... No. Nope. Not happening.
Why? Simple, that's my hard boundary. There is no reason to be on those apps/sites, when there are other places that are tailored towards meeting people that share the same common interest that is not tailored for dating, such as Meet-Ups.

alot of guys have in relationships.. only when they developed a bond with another. only if they think this persons better suited.. will they then leave.. doesnt matter what age, zodiac, religion its the nature of man! although (i broke up wid aqua 4 a year with no relationships befor getting back together tho) being alone with women how ever faithful.. something could happen.. be ready for the worst but expect the best
