How tot ackle aqua male

Hello,
I'm a capricorn girl (25) and ive totally fallen for an aqua guy (23)..ive known him for a while and we've been on 3 dates (with longish gaps inbetween) all of which were brilliant. however, just after our 3rd date he finished university (he lives quite far away) and ive not been hearing from him at all - only if i initiate contact, which is about every 3 days, by text. I know aquas need space and freedom which i dont have a problem with, and he has said he wants to see me again, he just wont suggest a date, and I dont want to ask him, incase he feels i am pushing him. Its like 'yeah we'll do something soon' Is this typical?

Because he's just finished uni, i think he might just be catching up with his friends (he is in a music band aswell) who he hasnt had time to see recently. It just feels like he is not as enthusiastic as he was before... but then i dont know if this is my paranoia? anyway, if an aqua male does not want to see a girl again, would he be straight with her / ignore her / or say he will just to get her to leave him alone?? i still get all the xxx's at the end of his texts and stuff, and he always seemed surprised and happy to hear me say i have missed him when we have been on a date. Any explainations or advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Ditto Ditto Ditto. Oh my god capripants. I'm going through the exact same thing with an aqua I'm crazy about. Everything is so similar and I'm trying not to be paranoid too.

But I've been on 3 dates with my aqua too which were fabulous. We hardly ever talk on the phone...we always text message. The last time we talked it was great. I want to see him, but was unsure if I should ask him or if I should wait for him to ask me when he would be free.

I'm totally keen on giving him his space, because I need mine too. But geeze, I'm getting so tired of the text messages. I'm trying to be patient. Which is apparently what you have to be with an aqua, no prob. But man...how long does a girl wait to get that call before they start to think thier aqua isn't interested? I'm starting to think he's such a cool guy he gels well with every woman he goes out with. And it wasn't really me, it was just his personality and he gets along well with everyone. Paranoia is a bitch!!!

My aqua is very successfull and I am trying to be patient as I don't want him to think I want him for his $ and things. And besides which I'm a very independant girl, so who cares about his money.

But damn...I'm dying to see him!!!!

Sorry I had no advice to offer, your story is just so similar to mine, except I'm about 10 years older than you and my aqua is 6 years older than me.

I'm going to just not call and just chill and go on with my routine...if he calls he calls...if not, well hell...he missed out on a great chic...

Yes!! We never talk on the phone, it's only ever by text or instant message, although he hasn't been on msn very much at all recently. I wonder sometimes if I thinks I am not very keen, as he has no idea at all that I am thinking so much about the situation! Maybe that's why he doesn't call or text unless i text him first.
Ive decided that I am just going to be patient, and wait and see what happens / if he contacts me next. It would be so much easier for me if I had an idea of when I might see him next though! Good luck with your aquarius, I will let you know of any developments with mine!

My boyfriend is an aquarius, and lemme tell ya, he is sooooo friggin' hard to keep up with! He is super sociable, but he can be so emotionally detached and aloof. He runs hot and cold. AND he has like a million lady friends and he TEXTS them like everyday. Also he's more logical than he is emotional, so he's not exactly the best shoulder to cry on...he is, however, the best solution giver and he solves problems really quick (a little too quick sometimes that it makes me feel like he just wants to shut me up). I love the guy to death, but OH-MAH-GAWD, there are days when i just wanna attack him ninja style . Aquarius men loooove their friends, and they are smooth talkers. As long you don't get jealous or sweat the small stuff, everything will be smooth sailing.

Aquarius men (or at least those I've known) tend to respond to distance more than they do to words. If you disappear for a little bit, they'll miss you and eventually check up on you. However, like I said, they tend to be emotionally detached and i guess you could say a little bit insensitive at times...so...that means you have to be upfront with them. You'll be surprised how clueless they are about certain situations. So, don't beat around the bush, don't give indirect hints, be direct and upfront, but don't push...it will drive him away. Say it once, if he doesn't get it disappear for a little bit and wait for him to check up on you. If you really like the guy, you'll have to be patient. Eventually, he'll get it. If you think he's not that worth it though, don't bother.

Hi Bella, Yes I know what you mean! I can handle the gaps in communication, and if i don't contact him, he will intitiate contact with me after a few days, I just want to know wether he wants to see me. We were texting about a week ago, and my closing message said 'let me know when you want to meet up' so I have left the ball with him. But when he contacts me, its just banter and he asks how i am and stuff. I am just thinking he is busy at the moment, so I'm not pushing him at all, just going to wait until he is ready but I'm worried incase he looses interest because we havent seen eachother for a while.

hey capri! =) my boyfriend has a bad memory, so its like that with him. he'll call me and be like "hey babe, what's up?" and i'm like "huh? you were supposed to be here an hour ago" and of course he completely doesn't know what i'm talking about. he has way too many things in his mind. sometimes i think he has A.D.D. lol. (FYI: i'm PMSing right now so it sounds like i totally hate my boyfriend).

BUT, i suggest you find someone else or move on..OR confront him about it (oOoo..confrontation, an aquarian's worst nightmare. lol). this guy you're sorta dating is too wishy-washy. you have to think to yourself, is he worth being patient over?

OMG ladies...so funny. My aqua has the crappiest memory in the world! Its so funny! He'll confont me on something I said, and I'm like...uh, I didn't say that. It cracks me up.

THings are going splendid with my aqua, I enjoy the way things are progressing. I realized we hardly see each other, and getting that man to pick up a phone and call me is most definitely a pipe dream..LOL. But the time we spend together is the most relaxing, and exquisite time I can ever remember having with a person of the opposite sex.

I never realized my patience would come in so handy!

We see each probably twice a month, it used to irk me, but then I noticed that when I called him how excited he was to hear from me. And when we are together, he's very attentive.

So, I'm just going to let whatever is going to happen happen.

yeah how long do you leave it before contacting a Aqua man? it has been a while now sould i contact him?

I usually end up touching base with my aqua once a week, or maybe once every two weeks. Call me weird, but the time we don't spend on the phone and stuff doesnt bother me. I guess its my saggitarrian need for space and freedom!

My aqua is gone right now, he travels quite a bit, wont be back till next weekend, I doubt I'll contact him then as when he returns I'll be slammed at work and stuff.

Cross your fingers for me though, I talked to him the day he left, and as usual I couldn't stop thinking about him, so I bit my lip, gritted my teeth and called him and left him a message letting him know I have decided to accept the fact that I have a mega "crush" on him. My words exactly.... Either he'll think its cute or it will scare the poo out of him as he is a major relationship phobe! As most Aquas seem to be. (and as I am myself.) I'm still dating other men, and have tons of male friends, but it seems whenever I'm with him, it just feels so doggone right. But we shall see.

You know what though PiscesGirl..if you want to talk to him, just call him to say Hi, if he doesnt call back, then oh well..

Im a cap gal.. I tried to date an Aquarius, We dated for about three months. I just didn't feel it. I felt like I had to do EVERYTHING... I even felt like I raped the guy. He seemed into it though, just very laid back, quiet, and very smart.. VERY smart.. I fell for the fact he was smart and had long blond hair.. Kinda like Kurt Cobain lol. I got rid of him.
