Try starting of by jut being in her space. Not personal space like smelling her hair. Lol
Just sitting close enough to where if you wanted to say hi you don't have to yell over 4 people in between you to say it. Sit near her for a few days so that neither of you has to go far to speak and make a super hard effort.
Then when you get the courage just say hi. That's it. But close enough to her that she can respond back face to face not passing in halls. Also try to look at her as a friend first to ease your own mind. That may bring down your anxiety to talk to her. As a last resort. Write it down.. just slip her a note saying that you wanted to say hello but didn't know when the right time was to not disturb her so you are saying hello on paper that she can read whenever she wants. Make it cute but simple and funny. We love to laugh.
Good luck
