Power Couples: Scorpio+ Capricorn

I've read that this combination is nuts when it comes to relationships.
Recently I've been able to experience this energy, since my current boyfriend is a is a Sun and Venus in Capricorn and I'm a Sun in scorpio with Venus in Scorpio.
I have experienced competition regarding who has the power and the control in the relationship, which I've been trying to manage since day one..lol but the thing here is that I know both of us have an alluring vibe independently...but I've noticed that together we scare people out. Everybody looks at us when we walk through the streets, when we go out to eat, when we talk, it's kinda annoying but cool at the same time.
Do you agree? Have you ever experienced this energy?

I always find it hard to be with a scorp. Im a CAP and i have crushed on a few scorps and it doesnt end very well. CAPS love being the leaders, you also have to consider that he is a man and men like to feel like men so sometimes just bite your tongue and let him win some.
