What are Aries sun venus in aquarius men like?

Hi everyone,
Over the past 6 or so months I've gotten to know a guy at work whose venus is in aquarius. At first I didn't think he was my type nor I his but sparks fly when we're around each other and I'm so intrigued by this guy and just want to know more about what makes him tick... And why we're INCREDIBLY attracted to each other!!! I see a lot of potential with this guy but I'm also worried I'll be way too emotional and moody for him to handle.. Which would be a shame because our chemistry is amazing and we chat for hours most days. Any advice i can get on venus in aquarius would be great!
He has sun and mercury in aries, moon and venus in aquarius, mars in pisces, jupiter in cancer, pluto in libra, gemini ascendant and aries midheaven.
I have sun, moon and mercury in pisces, mars in leo, venus in taurus, jupiter in virgo, pluto and ascendant libra, cancer midheaven.
