Why are Taurus women so DISHONEST?

they are crazy liars, two-faced, shady people!! how come they are described as being trustworthy! they are superficial and fake, PATHOLOGICAL LIARS. they lie for absolutely no reason at all too, and i have met enough taurus women in my life that are like this.

Actually, alot of the Taurus women I know seem to be a little TOO honest for their own good, especially in relationships. It's the men that seem to have "say what another person wants to hear even if it's a bunch of bullshxt" syndrome.
My Taurus girlfriends are honest, but not in a blunt or aggressive way. They're honest in a soft & subtle way. They're very honest about their intentions. And if they aren't, it's not b/c their purpose is to deceive or hurt another person, but moreso to protect their own sensitive shells/nature and/or protect their own vulnerabilities. But even then, if you really dig deep enough, they'll eventually explode & "tell you everything."
Taurus men, however seem to be the bullshxters! Just like Taurus women, these men may not mean any harm, BUT with some people, anyone who lies must at some point have the intention to harm or decieve another person. And most of the time when Taurus' men lie, they're NOT good at it (lying) therefore the other person almost always takes their dishonest as a form of disrespect or a sign that their Taurus is trying to fool them.
Taurus is 1 step down from Libras in the "people-pleasing" department. On 1 hand, they like having the control & wanting to be catered to/bowed down to, but on the other hand, they are absolutely dedicated to pleasing their friends/partners, so much so that they may even "lie to kick it," if ya know what I mean. Sometimes they care so much about other's opinions that they'll do what they have to do to gain acceptance & avoid rejection. Welp, most people have to flat out lie in order to acheive that.

I agree though that Taurus's can be extremely superficial. I think it's b/c it's in their nature to appeal to all the 5 senses. They like everything elegant, sophisticated & with class. They like the "nicer things in life" even if they can't afford them or even if they have to put on a show just to fool people into believing that they have more than they really have OR are more than they really are.
My 1 Taurus girlfriend literally thinks that her gorgeous looks (fake eyelashes, fake nails & fake hair, included) is all she needs to get AND keep a guy. She doesn't seem to understand that some men actually can see through all the superficialness & that some actually want to see her brain just as much as her nice body! Every time we tell her this, she gives us the strangest look, almost as if she's surprised that superficiality alone doesn't cut it.
My ex was a Taurus. When we 1st met, he tried to beat it into my brain that he had alot of money & that he had all these nice things. He thought he was turning me on and/or making me yearn for him even more, but what he didn't realize was that his possessions of materialistic value were the LAST on my list of importance when looking for an ideal mate. He spent more time in the mirror and talking about what he owned more than he did showing to me what he had to offer personality-wise. I had to literally beat it back into his mind that all that superficial stuff didn't matter to me & that if he REALLY wanted to impress me/make me want him, that he'd better start showing me the rare qualities within him that separates him from other guys. He didn't seem to realize that nice cars, nice homes, nice bodies, etc. are all things I'm exposed to ALL the time. It didn't phase me b/c those things weren't rare.

Once he finally realized that he didn't have to be superficial just to gain my acceptance/love, I could tell that he felt a tremendous sense of relief. Smh

I am a Taurus that isn't a fan of makeup, keep my hair quite short ( coz I can't be arsed ) have a crumbling house built in 1905 ( that I love ) a rusting minivan, divorced, still raising my son, and adore my dogs. I am a waitress, keep a dead lock on my finances and what you see is what you get. I will admit though, that I am a perfume snob. I loathe big, gaudy jewelry, yes. Even the real stuff. Cannot stand superficial anything and overdone bimbettes make me want to crawl a wall. I also have tattoos, cos I'm just that fly.
In essence, I'm not sure what vat of ooze those Taureans climbed from, but I'll be taking their cards right quick.
And if you come to my home, expect coffee or tea and something home baked. If it's dinner, it'll more than like be comfort food. No caviar, no high end, just a comfy house and a lot of laughter. Cheerio.

I drive a 10 year old truck.I own a 100 year old house,don't wear jewelry unless I'm really going somewhere...wear very little makeup...and I like fume too VB. 
I own a very small business and work for myself,but am also a single mom and don't have any desire for extravagance.nor have I ever gave a crap about keeping up with the Joneses or impressing anyone.
I could afford a newer vehicle and house...but I like what I have,they work for me....so no need to worry about it.
I would much rather live within my means and do the things I enjoy than joining the other consumer cattle in proving my worth thru materialism.

I can relate to this, to some degree ... I do find them to be a little two-faced, which is where the lying comes into the picture. As for the superficial and being fake .. yes ... absolutley.
Two things ..
1. they seem to be wrapped up in how they are percieved .. they have a certain style , or essence of themselves that they want presented as being an image, and then attempt to make it a self image for them to live. And this is opposite than what people normally do, so it appears to be fake to us.
Everyone else (most) have a self image they project ... Taurus has a presented image they try to absorb and become.
So, I completely understand how people can see this as superficial. In here, dxp, I know probably around 10 Taurus, and only 2 seem to have this flaw under control.
2. you appear to be very emotional in creating this thread, which it then becomes apparant that you exaggerate your viewpoints, based on an emotional spike of some sort of hurt feelings .... and I wanted to point out that an exaggeration is a form of deception because it makes a situation bigger than it's actual life.
To say "pathological" is a pretty far stretch, especially when your beef is that you think they have the propensity for being deceptive.

I have to say I've known both spectrums of Taurus ladies. However, those that are liars and deceitful are exceptionally awful women.

yeah, this is the antithesis of taurus.
regardless of the goading dxp statement, it's either an attempt to start shit or you're woefully stupid.
this would be true of the other side of venus...libra. taureans behave naturally and we react slowly to change.
thus, if everyone else is doing it, we, unless asc dictates otherwise, will not follow trends in the same manner as others. sure, we love nice things but the motivation will not be to keep up with the jones'.

@virgogirl01 - sorry but there is good and bad in all categories and races and cultures, etc. I hope you can try to understand this - I am totally there with the venusianbull and bellathebull - I am 58 this year; I raised my son myself and have 3 grandchildren; I rock at my house in the mountains on 7 acres and I cut my own grass on about 3 of those 7 acres; I have dogs and cats, maybe some farm animals soon; dating a 53 year old man who loves my cooking and I have lots of friends over for good times by the bonfire pit barely 20 feet from my house - we sit out and listen to the owls and the coyotes, etc. I'm unplugged a lot and I don't care; I take care of myself and look 45 and I couldn't give a fuck about anyone who is petty and shallow. I know who I am and I don't have to front anything.
Perhaps it's the quality of people you're attracting and not necessarily their astrology sign. I have known quite a few Taurus females and happy to say many are dear friends, because I value their trust, honesty, and how direct and authentic they are. But this can be said of other friends as well who aren't Taurus women. I'm my case, I haven't had these experiences with Taurus women but now the men...lol 😠different story.
The biggest, most malicious liar to ever come into my life was a Taurus. Very much a textbook bull too with the exception of her lies. Despite that I still love Taurus women, and want to know why? Because they are not my Taurus ex. I despise the bitch, not the sign.
