... in this world to love, and it's hard as hell when they live next door, down the street, or even in the same town.
Why make it harder by trying to have a LDR?
You can see them everyday and still not feel complete, sometimes .. people NEED their attention .. to attempt to love from afar is only killing your heart by making you feel even more neglected emotionally.
Please stop .....
My reason for posting this last night, came from looking through different boards and seeing several ladies crying about not getting enough emotional support while in a LDR, and they couldn't understand why thier man wasn't moving their lives around to aid them emotionally.
Hence: This thread was launched.
LDR sucks. It is hard if you live in a small town to find quality guys who are not married. So many woman here settle for being the 2nd because of the shortage of working, stable, nice guys. Ironically, I met my best friend 8 years ago when I was traveling for work and we just this year decided to be more. Its always been long distance, but now that our relationship has changed, the distance is killing our chances at success and he is only 2 1/2 hours north of me, but is everything I am looking for.
Also, I have met 2 guys in the past month, who are both from a larger city about 2 hours south of me. They come here for work every Thursday and Friday and both hit me up when they come to town to hang out. I dunno what is up with me and this long distance thing, but I just need to move somewhere that I can find everything I need in the same city. I guess.
lol @ merc.
I never meant to fall for my LDR. But I am too picky and I wanted him. So I'm smitten right now.
In my opinion, I take LDR as an open relationship unless of course you are married...
