Getting Taurus Ex back while shes dating?

hello guys,
I'm a 21 year old Libra male. I dated a Taurus girl for 2 years when we were 17 but we broke up because of distance relation and a lot of mistakes that i made to get her attention. I asked her to get back about 6 months after the breakup and she said she had moved on.
She started dating an Aries guy within a year of our break up and broke all contacts with me. She is still dating the Aries guy. I tried to move on over past 2 years and I tried everything. Got with other girls but ended up losing them because of my previous relation and lately it has been bothering me a lot.
I just need to know is there any chance in heaven that a Taurus female has any feeling for her Libra ex-boyfriend and thinks about getting back with him.
Will she talk to me if I initiate it again.
Will she leave her current boyfriend for me.
Is there any chance of us in future. If yes then how should I approach this.
This thing makes me suicidal at times and I dont know if I can live without her because I literally have tried everything.
Please help!
