...will you be loyal to one person?? First state if you consider yourself a loyal mate, and if you had eternal life, would you just stay with one person? I'll go first:

I consider myself loyal but I know myself too well, will get bored, I don't like to be in the same situation for too long, and if I had eternal life, I would not be loyal to one partner.Of course in this life is a different matter as we only have around 70-100years and I haven't even deducted the time before we know what love is.

I am curious to know the responses of Dxp users =)

I am a sag/cappy cusper btw..but I don't know if it has anything to do with astrology

So what is your position?

If we were to have eternal life...? Like the short life we currently have is so great??!! - luna, if I didn't like your avatar, I'd make you eat something round, metallic and automatic - very silently 😉

That said, to answer your question, I thought that was the aim of marriage ? To be loyal to one person for as long as you both shall live...but to be 40 forever, well we saw madonna at 40, we all gon look like that— YIKES !

@Duke, interesting...if I lived forever, its scary to think that I might learn everything and then there will be nothing new to learn or experience~ I doubt it be it could happen. No I don't want to live forever but I think 100 years is still short...theres just so much to do and accomplish..

@GB....LMAO!!!!!!!! and if you have only tauren kids, then we might need a couple more planets to feed you folks haha

@zenalchemy lol!! what you saying you don't want to feel much more dissapointment and sorrow over a longer period then now?? hehe but good point with Madonna...i don't want to look like her forever

I'd love the idea of immortality. I'd probably be too busy trying to save the world. So not being in a relationship wouldn't bother me for a while but then the loneliness would probably kick in in a couple centuries. Maybe 5 centuries for me, who knows. I'd probably be loyal to one person but then again it's not like they're immortal too. It actually depends on the person. Unless it's like Highlander and you have to go around chopping people's heads off and gaining The Quickening over and over until there can only be one. That would be sweet. I love Highlander.

okay....well barring the choice of whether or not to live forever and the multitude of things one could do with eternity....striclty speaking of love and relationships - yes I'd be happy with the same person for all eternity.

But then again I'm a taurus 🙂 we are some stubborn MFers..... stubborn minds stubborn hearts.... it takes a lot to kill our love.

hmmmm...that depends on two things:

1.) whether they were mortal or not
2.) whether i judged them to be worth my literally undying loyalty

if they were not mortal, and i judged them to be worth my loyalty, then i would be loyal to them as long as they were alive. even when they were old and wrinkly. and i would mourn them for quite a while, probably like 50 years, maybe more if they were really amazing. but i firmly believe that time heals all wounds, and eventually i would crave that type of companionship again. so i wouldn't forget them, but i can say with reasonable certainty that i would want to be with someone else eventually. if respecting and cherishing their memory counts as loyalty, then i could not only be loyal to one person forever, but as many people as i had ever loved.

as for if they were immortal and worth my loyalty...then yes, i could love and be loyal to the same person forever.
