taurus guy!!! i nee dhelp please

So he was the one who used to like me, he used to text me and so on ,,,, i was in his house he was holding my hand and said how much he liked me . Then all of sudden he changed he didn't text me for 1 week and 3 days , i text him a message telling him how he made me feel that was 5 days ago but no reply, so i was angry and told my sister and cousin to bring back his phone he gave me then they had a conversation and said to him if he doesn't want me he should say it. He was saying he doesn't want to do that and said to them that he would take me out so i was confused so i been waiting and he never came to take me out. I send him a message 2 day ago to see if he would reply :
Me: Hey, you ok? i want to talk to you today let me know whenever you are free
Him: yeah, im fine thanks, how are you ?. I'll come and talk to you soon x
Me: ok let me know when you free,,,and yh im fine thanks x
Him: Good :-) X
But still i don't see anything ,,yesterday i saw him with my cousin outside with his friend , i looked at him and said HI stranger , he looked at me then i was feeling weird he was talking to my cousin ,,,,when i turned around he said i will text you , i was waiting yesterday he didn't text me im so angry and confused. If he doesn't want me he should tell me , he was the one who came to me i didn't want him i told him from the beginning, im scared to get hurt . He said no and im the only girl he wanted , then i trusted him and now i like him and then he is distant
Update : i asked him from the beginning if he liked my personality he was saying yes , and i asked him again he said yes,,,,,now whats his problem?
shall i text him again today to say to him this
i don't know what i have done to you , from the beginning i asked you if you like my personality you said yes, but ok i can see now not to trust words but action i will not bother you anymore i leave you in peace bye
or shall i wait and see if he will text me , do taurus guys need time ? or just send

Hun, when a man is really into you, it does not take all that. There is no excuse for ignoring someone and then on top of that, he keeps telling you that he will talk to you, text you or call you, but never does? Come on now..you already know the answer to your question. I've dated 2 Taurus men in the past and neither behaved like this. DO NOT CALL or TEXT him again!!!PLEASE.
