Well, I spent too many years married to someone who wasn't kind. So I appreciate it. And being kind doesn't mean that you are syrupy sweet all the time or fake or disingenous. And some people are like that very naturally.

I appreciate kindness also.

A kind soul... it could mean they are not fake, they are real, down to earth --your kindness comes from within. Soft around the edges, not cruel or difficult to know or relate to.

I mean, nobody wants someone that kicks puppies or curses at babies....but "kind" is different to everyone.

example....

my jeans are getting too tight.

my partner tells me my jeans are getting too tight....let's start going for walks after work.

some people would be absolutely mortified by that and run off and tell their friends their partner called them fat. Me? nope.....I WANT that.

so, "kind" comes in all kinds of flavours.

plus....it's standard equipment, for the most part. Intellect and great sex.....isn't always 😛
