Why is he talking about other women in this way?

This is about the guy i've talked about in previous posts. He is a friend of mine and hes admitted he likes me only recently. He came back in to contact with me after nine months of disappearing off the face of the planet, as he had a rough time and was sorting things out in his life. When he contacted me again from a random number he said he was really sorry and he missed me so much and he realised how special I was and therefore he had to come back, he then asked me if i would go out with him for a meal like a dinner date. I hold my hands up and say I was a little difficult with him at the beginning..and didn't agree straight away seeing as he did disappear for tht long and I didnt want to make it that easy for him. Anyway three months on and we still havn't met up lol..but mostly as a date hasn't been set but I did agree to meet with him in the end.
The majority of the time he does continue to say he misses me and can't sleep as he's just thinking about me a lot. He also indirectly implies he wants someone..for example on valentines day h said he was really down and upset as he felt like he should have someone and i accidently ended up laughing.. (wrong reaction)..he said why are you laughing its not funny.
This is what I couldnt understand though,what he said to me the other day and why he said it.
On the phone he told me he had a car accident (wasn't serious luckily), he said that he was apparently thinking about me at the time as he thought in a panic moment it was going to be really bad..and I ended up saying to him "yea whatever"..like yea right i dont believe you. About ten minutes after telling me that, he said the girl who was in the car which bumped in to his,was so "hot and fit". He then said that maybe he should call her and ask her to pay him back for the damages to his car in OTHER WAYS..he meant sexually. He was being a lot more explicit than I am right now though..the words he was using are far too rude.
He then said that he would rather use the money she owes him to hire women on the street :O i.e the P word..and watch them do things to each other..and join in with them too.
I couldn't believe what I was hearing so i pretty much ended the convo ..I told him I had a call on the other line and that I had to go and he sounded disappointed.
Since then He's been ignoring me..I messaged him and asked how he is..he didn't bother to call or reply back..and its been about a week.
I just think the whole convo was just uncalled for

He likely disappeared for such a long period of time because someone else was in the picture. Someone else who took his attention away from you and distracted him. Once they were gone, he went through his mental rolodex and knew you were one of his (probably many) interests from before and he would try again.
The all talk, no action is a pretty big indicator of where this guy stands.
He's probably frustrated you aren't buying into all his bullshit, so he started talking like that to get some sort of reaction out of you- make you jealous, whatever he thinks he'd get from talking like that. Now he's ignoring you because you aren't playing into his crap like he wants.
As the post above mentioned- he definitely does not respect you. If he really was interested, things would have happened by now. He wouldn't be trying to sweet talk you into submission like he is.
I'm sure he's interested at some level, but not a serious one. Guys who are serious about a girl don't behave like he does.

Wel actually I didn't think it was acceptable at all, but I understand that my behaviour and half the things i've said to him in the past probably influence what he said to me that day.
To be honest my first instinct was that he was trying to get me to react and show I care..as in that convo alone and previously I havn't as much as maybe i should have.
Anyway if it was him testing me I didn't want to let him win by being reactive..so best thing to do was to act like everythin is ok.

When he disappeared he told me it was because something had happened and he needed to get his around it and be by himself. He lost contact with everyone, and he came back and told me he wanted to take me out to dinner and explain, and I didn't let that happen straight away because I didn't want him to have ditched me for that long and then come back and all is good again..well it still hasn't happened.
To be fair to him he has asked me to meet up with him A lot since december..and apart from at the beginning where I was reacting to him coming back,after that i was quite busy hence couldnt see him .

I get where you come from..a lot of people address the delusion in Virgos.
There's 2 main characteristics with us:
1) Propensity to dream => delusion
2) Propensity to fix people => victim => martyrdom.
Growing up..where other girls had crushes I had obsessions. Imagine Virgo Sun + Venus in Cancer..I was clinger level 1000.
My dad victimized himself all throughout the marriage..I hoped he would divorce for a lot of time..he still didn't. He says he didn't out of love, honor, commitment and I get that ..but the amount of bullshit my mom put him through..he enjoyed fixing shit. I will never forget seeing him cry in the dark in the kitchen at 3 AM, the day the divorce ended. I promised myself I will never let my delusion bind me to living someone else's life.
My relationship with my Cap fiance brought up a whole level of insecurities in me at the beginning..I never would've thought they were there unless I experienced them first hand. I managed to fix most of those..and then I met the Aries Ex..after 2 years of soul searching.(still need more, I think)
You remember the Cap Board a few years back? When EVERYONE was talking about Venus in Aquarius and how awful Cap men are? The Aries had that placement.
I freaked out nonstop the first 3 months of dating...I wanted some acknowledgement, some title, some label..drove him up the wall.

Anyway, my point is..Virgos do NOT see that shit as losing independence over a dick/a relationship/whatever...they think if they don't shut up and put up with bullshit..they have no value as humans and partners. Instead of walking the fuck away, they'd rather create drama around them.
Most people see when a relationship ran its course...we are like deers in the headlights.
